| We stayed three nights at Baan Yin Dee. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the service was wonderful. The restaurant had the best Thai food in town - we ate at many places but the most delicious meals we had were right in the hotel. The view of Patong at night is amazing, and getting to Patong is only a few minutes by tuk tuk or via the hotel shuttle. We also had in room massages that were amazing, right in the comfort of our beautiful room. We highly recommend Baan Yin Dee! |

| This is a great small hotel for a short break. Out the chaos of Patong but an easy walk down to the beach - great views, attentive staff, large rooms, good food and complimentary internet access.
Even an early rising family with noisy children could not dent our enthusiasm for this place. Would happily stay here again. |

| My honeymoon in Phuket started with hotel limo(pay service), we met with our driver with our name on the welcome board. The Benz car went smooth with lovely musics and we then realized that our honeymoon starts right there. The first sign of the Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort Kathu is perfect, locate on the hill with beautiful peaceful view of Patong beach.I chosen this hotel particularly because this reason, because I thought if everyday I will spend my time on the beach or sea, then I should deserve a quiet location rather than walk-in distance to the beach. We spent four days there, and bought the package called Bliss memory. We loved the atmospheres, loved the people in the hotel, loved the pool side room ( recommend #301~304), restaurant's service was a bit slow, but we did;t care too much. Food was well prepared in the hotel, it provides another option if you find yourself too tired to stay at Patong searching for dinner. I thought I have responsibility to leave this comment on the internet, because I did read few comments before my trip and I got scared by bad comments, but after all, I found my experience with BaanYinDee was different from others, yes, it is bit higher price compared to other cheap hotels at Phulet, but it was my honeymoon and we had a good time in Phuket and our hotel stay. |

| Excellent, well managed hotel. We had a wonderful time, and the hotel could not have been more perfect. The restaurant was excellent, and we typically avoid hotel restaurants when possible. Free internet, and very good staff. Nice veiw. Just out of town, and a good getaway from the excesses of Patoong. |

| This resort was beautiful and in a lovely location on a hill overlooking the beach and main areas of Phuket. This is seen from the inside/outside dining area. It is a very picturesque resort with an unusual layout with the cascading pools surrounding it and each unit facing onto the pool. Although the units may be a little old, I thought the one I stayed in was kept up to standard well and very clean with the little extra touches, such as the orchids along the foot of the King sized bed. It is only about a 10-15 min walk down the hill towards the main shopping area of Phuket. The road running at the front of the resort has traffic but this cannot be heard from the back units and when in the front, you don't really notice it, as it is like any other on a slightly busy road. The resort has very good service and the food is good. I would definitely stay here again. |

| The staff at the Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort Kathu were well dressed and were always courteous and obliging with all requests. The hotel needs some small repairs but this is slowly occurring under the new management, the rooms were clean and the daily service was done in a timely manner, the rooms lacked tea and coffee making facilities but when requested this was done efficiently. The airconditioning needs to be upgraded in a couple of the rooms we stayed. My wife and i will stay here again when we next visit Phuket |
