Best Western Lone Star Inn in Edna, Texas is set on the historic Lake Texana State Park, a reservoir on the Navidad River, which covers 11,000 surface acres, with approximately 125 miles of shoreline. It is conveniently located on US Highway 59 and State Highway 111, between El Campo and Victoria. Edna is the heart of Texas and offers excellent bird hunting during December and January. The community offers a variety of home and family style restaurants, a museum and historical downtown district to include several antique shops. Activities include camping, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, sailing on the main lake, canoeing, picnicking, lake swimming, hiking, bird hunting, and fishing.
