This hotel, restored in 2008, is located in the immediate outskirts of Parma, close to the motorway exit and in an ideal location for Parma Fair centre. It is approximately 1km from the city centre.

A very good property, located in a quiet residential area. 1108 SR.

Modern white building with large entrance and parking area.

The lobby is spacious, with a welcoming reception desk decorated with modern mosaics. A functional relaxing area with comfortable design sofas and a large flat screen tv is just on the right of the entrance. A business area is also available.

The restaurant and the breakfast rooms are very bright and fresh. Light colors, modern design and elegant decor create a very relaxing and stylish atmosphere. Walls are always differently decorated thanks to temporary exhibitions of contemporary artists.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. All rooms have coordinated facilities and decor, the style is modern and nice. All rooms have a large balcony.
