Really lovely staff, good central location, slightly pricey but so was Bruges in general. Lovely breakfast. Allowed us to checkout at 12 and kept our bags til 4. Would recommend.

We have used this hotel on a number of occasions and find the staff extremely friendly. The rooms offer good value for money and the location is excellent.

Stayed in the apartment which was old fashioned but roomy, clean and exactly what we needed as a group of 4 people. Car parking at the hotel is charged extra but worth it as parking can be difficult and expensive in Bruges.

We stayed in the family apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. We only stayed for one night but this was comfortable for our needs. The breakfast was excellent.

Never a 4 star much in need of a significant refurbishment.We stopped in the appartment which was depressing ,tattyand very old fashioned,which the receptionist agreed with me on.This was a pity because it has great potential and is well located for the main sites.On- street parking was ok and breakfast fine.

The staff were extremely friendly and most obliging. It is in a good location within 5 minutes walk of the city centre.The room we had was adequate for our 4 night stay but was rather hot with no aircon.However this would not prevent me from returning there.

Staff were friendly. We had an apartment which was next to the hotel section. Apartment is very large but quite old and kind of weird! However, it was clean and comfortable which is what we were after. Location was quite good. Car Parking was limited.

Myself and my wife, we had a great stay at Azalea Hotel, Bruges (located in a very nice and quiet area). The services were of good quality. The staff was great. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Bruges.

We had the apartment and found it ideal for 4 people as we had all the privacy we needed. We were able to prepare ourselves meals in the kitchen, enjoy the lounge for relaxing and having a drink and those who wnated to have an early night were able to without worrying about noise from those still up. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts in the Buffet Room every morning. The staff serving here were excellent. The Ladies on Reception were friendly and willing to help.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment for two nights. The accommodation was ideal, completely self-sufficient with a kitchen, washing machine, television etc. Great location, only 7 - 10 mins walk to the main square. Although the apartment was slightly 'tired' it had everything we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely centrally based hotel with excellent customer service. The hotel is pretty with alot of character. The only minor complaint I have is the room we had was very basic and on the small side. I feel that this hotel would not be graded at 4 stars if in the UK, probably it would be 3 stars. The hotel is very easy to get to from the railway station by either bus or taxi. I would recommend this hotel but would suggest you ask for your room to be described prior to arrival. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Just returned from a long weekend in Bruges. This hotel is in an ideal location just off of the busy town centre. I booked a late room at a slightly discounted rate, the hotel carpets were nearly threadbare, the room was clean but small and nowhere near 4 star rating. We were told on leaving they did have better rooms at the normal rate!Breakfast was excellent, service could not be faulted but let down by a poor standard room.

Equilibrio calidad-precioEl hotel es muy bonito en general, la entrada es preciosa, tiene una escalinata muy bonita y un pequeño saloncito en el que se puede desayunar y te sientes como en casa, pero las habitaciones para el precio que tienen no me gustaron demasiado, para mi no son de un4 estrellas, sino de un 3 estrllas, calidad-pecio en este sentido no esta quilibrado. Las habitacioens me decepcionaron bastante, el resto no. El desayuno esta muy bien.
