I love everything about htis hotel. Nothing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially people who are traveling with handicap family members.

My husband has stayed here before for work trips and he wouldn't book anywhere else for our family trip with our toddler. The customer service was excellent and it was very clean. I was very impressed by the quality for the price we paid. The only thing I noticed that didn't appeal to me was the small breakfast area. While it is large enough to move through with many people in line, there were only 4 tables to sit and eat. No big deal if you don't mind just taking back into your room. I took my toddler there and we were lucky to sit and enjoy a mostly calm area until we were just about finished and a "rush" arrived. Overall, no complaint there, just thought it could have been a bit more spacious for at least two families with 2-3 kids each (just the type of customers who seek "free breakfast" when searching for hotels). Overall, an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return!

I had made reservations for some family coming in and the hotel was better then I thought it would be and my family said the breakfast was so good that on sunday I had to join them. Everyone was so nice and they gave my family everything they asked for even a tooth brush which my dad forgot.... Great Hotel

During one of our two night stay, there was a fight, yelling, and breaking of things in one of the rooms on the same floor were we were staying. This went from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Then suddenly the fire alarm went off. everybody went russhing to the lobby. The receptionist didn't know how to stop the alarm, so this alarm was on for more than 30 minutes. Fire department and police arrived. Police took somebody to jail, and finally about 5:45 AM the alarm went off by itself. The Manager never arrived to at least turn off the alarm. I think that they do have procedures for these cases, nevertheless, we never received an appology from the hotel.

It was clean and very quiet. Nothing. It was very nice hotel and it was very convenient to the shopping centers, gas station, restaurants and other attractions. It was helpful when I need direction to a particular place we wanted to go to.

Close to where we needed to be and good selection of attractions near by. The spa was not hot and never got anyone out to fix in a timely manner. The hotel was very nice and well represented by the staff. They need a larger seating area for the complementary breakfast they have in the morning was a big hit with the hotel guests. More healthy choices would have been preferred.

Easy to find. Needs queen size beds instead of doubles. Hard to put 2 15 yr old boys in double beds. Very nice. A large group of young baseball players stayed at the hotel and there wasn't enough breakfast food stocked to accommodate this large group of boys as well as the other patrons. There wasn't enough seating to enjoy the breakfast. The food was good though (what little we got).

It was overall gorgeous, there wasn’t one thing, and everything was terrific. The room exceeded our expectations, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker - WOW! I wasn't charged extra for those items which made the stay even nicer. The pool was refreshing and the spa was relaxing. We can't wait to stay there again - soon!

Clean and spacious rooms. Phone didn't work for toll free calls, tub/toilet not separated from sink/mirror. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and movie theatres. Rooms were clean and spacious.
