Everything at the hotel was great. Very helpful employees, beautiful hotel, great rooms, excellent breakfast. No complaints at all!!!

Ilove the hotel over all. My room was facing the highway. The price was very reasonable, the food was great, the service was attentive without being overboard, the only thing we didn't like was that we were not asked for our preference of what view our room had, but except for that, everything else was exceptional.

This hotel was top notch. I stayed by myself for some alone time. I didn't want to leave the room. It was Beautiful! The Bed was comfortable. I had to literally pry myself out of my room to go out and visit the city. Needless to say I didn't stay gone long. The staff was pleasant and extremly helpful. My get aways from now on will be at this hotel.

Street noise from room. Nice hotel, could do with sound proof windows on street side rooms. Rooms nice and large.

Front desk staff was great but try calling to get something from housekeeping and it was like ... leave a message but forget ever seeing anyone. After that we quit leaving a tip for the housekeeper. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces for parking ( a major concern of ours). The breakfast was average and we were never waited on once by the personnel there... no coffee refill...nothing and frankly the personnel in the restaurant was non-caring. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location was good with easy access to the 405 so everything was easy to get to. Off site dining was nearby with some great restaurants. We were in a room toward the rear of the hotel and could hear the freeway traffic (it was not deafening but you could hear it in the early morning hours)...ask for a room at the front of the hotel....there didn't seem to be any noise there. The pool was very small. The hotel seemed to be very busy during the week with business conferences. We saw a lot of airline staff staying at the hotel but we saw very few kids. All in all the hotel was clean, comfortable and served our purposes.

The service and accommodations were way more than I expected for the price. . European flair in a central location. Very clean and high end food. Very friendly people and very accommodating. Would stay there again

Great place and very friendly service. Nice atmosphere for a good price. Loved the courtyard and faux antique look (not too over the top). Only wish the books in the "library" would have been in English.

Staff, cleanliness of hotel and room, parking and location for us was great, bed was comfortable, food was good. I would like to see more selections on the menu. I was truly surprised when I signed in at the front desk, staff was very friendly and helpful, when I arrive in our room I was amazed at how nice, clean, comfortable and romantic it was. Romantic enough for us to enjoy dinner in our room which is something we usually don't do at a hotel, we go out to eat. Breakfast was wonderful hot, good and not just a continental breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. The rooms are fantastic and roomy. Our room had a high celing and the bed was great! I would stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful. Great ambiance. Well kept. A little too close to the freeway. The hotel exceeded what I expected for. The room was beautiful, staff was extremely helpful and the property was very well maintained. A breakfast was included, which I expected to be the typical continental with fruit and muffins. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full breakfast buffet that was very good. The only complaint I could find is the rooms do not come with two beds. I was traveling with a friend, so we had to alternate nights on the pull out couch. I would be more likely to recommend this hotel for couples getting away, as it did have a very peaceful, romantic atmosphere. It would be a great place for a wedding or reception. Having said that, I would definitely come again.

Just gorgeous with a great location for us. Restaurant a bit pricey for us, but that is really our problem. Location great to airport, beaches and highway. Lots of upscale restaurant options and other shopping needs. Beautiful hotel, courtyard and rooms. Quiet even though traffic is close but not visible.

It has a quaint European charm. Free breakfast buffet is quite good. The environment around the location is not the best, but it's conveniently located right off the 405 freeway and not far from popular destinations. The hotel has a quaint European charm with spacious rooms. The locale is not so attractive, but it's conveniently located off the 405 freeway, with accessible routes to all major Los Angeles destinations. Good breakfast buffet.

The rooms were nice. The pool is very small. This hotel has nice rooms and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to the freeway. The pool is very small and because of this I felt the room was overpriced.

Close to the highway, the beach and the airport. We had everything we needed in the room (i.e. microwave, fridge) and a washer/dryer on each floor. Very much an oasis in the middle of a business district. Patrons included mostly business people, flight attendants and wedding participants. No kids. Once your inside you forget about the surrounding neighborhood. When you first drive up your hoping it's nicer then the scenery, and it is. The food was spectacular. The service was great. I had everything I needed to accommodate my family. But again, it is not kid friendly. They were friendly to my child but not much for him to do or anyone to play with. Not a problem. The beach is minutes away and Disney is less than an hour.

Convenient Location. Excellent remodel. Very good restaurant. No amenities after 10pm. Limited cable selection. The quality surprised me. It makes the South Bay area very accessible.

Lovely decor, friendly staff, good dessert! I had to take my own luggage up to my room when I checked in.
