Quiet and clean. Nice furniture, paintings, carpet, with a peaceful atmosphere.

This was a great hotel for the price we paid. The rooms are fabulous and very clean, andthe pool and fitness centre are great. The only downside is that it's a bit isolated if you don't have a car - getting to Disneyland is not a problem as the shuttle bus runs regularly, but there is only one restaurant within walking distance and no other shopping nearby. We would stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Pool was excellent and service was superior. Rooms seem small. Queen beds could be more comfortable. My husband and I and my two boys are huge Angels Baseball fans. The Ayers Hotel location was excellent, just a 7-minute walk to the stadium. The hotel itself is located between two mayor freeways, but we did not experience any road noise, which made for a very nice stay. We felt very safe and secure at the Ayers. The hotel was very clean and the staff, courteous and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to families and the business traveler. Hats off the Ayers Hotel Family!

This was a great hotel to stay at. We went for Disneyland but this hotel is right across the street from Honda Center formerly the Duck Pond were the Anaheim Ducks play. We had a room facing the back and like to sleep with the window open for fresh air. Unfortunately the sign for the Honda center kept flashing upcoming events and made it difficult to leave the curtains open thus negating the open window. Nice social hour with chips, salsa, beer, wine, sodas and warm chocolate cookies all free! After a day in the son and probably to much junk food my son became ill and didn't make it to the bathroom and used a trash can to throw up in. I left it in the hall because the smell was really bad and called the front desk. They said somebody would be up the next day to pick up. I stated that it smelled badly and they might want to reconsider but they said they didn't have anybody available. For such a big place you would think they would have staff on hand for such things. All in all I thought it was a good place and would stay again. Just a five minute drive down the street to Disneyland. Oh, and the free buffet breakfast couldn't be beat. One of the best we've had, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, ....

The rooms, the wireless internet access, the breakfast. Nothing. We thoroughly loved the place! It was a great experience for us.

I picked the hotel for our family vacation based on the previous reviews. It does meet my expectation. The whole hotel looks to have been built in recent years. The room is clean and nice, with microwave and a refrigerator which are nice. The bed is comfortable. The only complaints are that the towels seem a bit stiff and the breakfast was a bit under served (fruit and cereal sometimes run out before the closing time). Otherwise, I'd give the hotel a five star.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Quiet setting and staff was friendly. Rooms were a little small and no shuttle to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. The rooms were nice the beds were to die for! Very comfortable! The hotel was very clean and quiet.

We stayed at this hotel on 12/24.25.26. Our room was great and the beds were pretty good. You can fill up the tub and soak yourself. The pool and spa were great and we had a great time in the hotel.

Walking distance to Honda Center. For the price,a more upscale hotel. The hotel felt like a 3+ star. If you are going to the Honda Center for a concert or game and need to stay the night with confort, this hotel is perfect.

Stayed at this Ayres hotel because of good review ratings. We were not disappointed. This four story hotel with interior corridors and elevator was attractively decorated with paintings in the hallways and in the room. There were hallway display tables and chairs lining up the corridor. This hotel is located in the industrial area on the East side of highway 5 in Anaheim just opposite the Gonda sports stadium. The area was pretty quiet and there are indications that new hotel buildings are being built close by. The elevator had music which was nice. The breakfast chef was very courteous. The room had the new key activated switch to save electricity. The shower had water saver shower heads, water was low in volume but adequate. Marble bathroom floor was nice. Air conditioning was to each room , relatively new and not too noisy. They charge by adult when over two people. Similar to Embassy Suite but with only one room (not a two room suite) and doesn't have the grand feeling of a high rise hotel. TV channels adequate.

Cleanliness, comfort, location, friendly staff and amenities. Nothing of any consequence. The hotel was everything that I had hoped it would be. Generally, cleanliness is utmost on my list of wants when I travel. It met my expectations with respect to this which pleased me greatly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial and the staff extremely friendly.

This was the Best Hotel Stay for our money. I read all the reviews before making my decision and was convinced that this would be a great stay and we were not Disappointed. The Staff was very professional and friendly. The Ayres Hotel was a very comfortable and Quite stay. We stayed in the Ayres in El Segundo before trying the Anahiem property, therefore we had a great idea of what the stay would be like. So far Great going Ayres. Excellent Decor. Sincerely impressed with the bathroom and vanity area. Beautiful and clean floor and wall tile. Best of all I Spoke with Marcus when making the reservations (which was a few weeks before our stay) and I made a special request for some candy and Fruit to be in the room upon our arrival. I was not disappointed. It was a little something special for my wife. Thank You Marcus. We had a Wonderful Concert @ the Grove and was glad we made reservation to stay the night here verses traveling an hour and a half to Palmdale that night. Only wish the breakfast hours during the week would be extended To maybe 10:00 verse 9:00 am. Will take advantage of the breakfast next time because there will be a next. Will definitely come back again.

We were weary after excessive heat in our area and a power outage at our home near by. Your kind staff took us in, gave us very comforting room, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and rest all at a reasonable price. We appreciated your hospitality very much. The a.m. cook was very friendly too. You made our children's first day of school manageable. We've heard your ad's on the John & Ken's radio show and your support of their causes. We choose to patrionize you over another hotel chain. Thanks a bunch.

Hot breakfast and cafe staff were AWESOME! Pool & hot tub needed attention/cleaning. While the pool water was warmer than that of the hot tub (and both were in need of attention/cleaning) during my 3-night stay, the Ayres Anaheim rivals many Hiltons and is an excellent choice for a very comfortable stay at a good price (the hot breakfast is deal-maker for me!). In today's service industry's ever-increasing lack of the SERVICE component, the staff (and specifically that of the cafe) shone brightly as a beacon of hope. All with an ear-to-ear smile! Kudos to the Ayres family!

Location perfects for the concert us attending. We had a non smoking room and yet there was an odor of smoke. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, great location.

The hotel was just off highway 5, convenient to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center (across the street) and Chapman University. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and well appointed with a sink/microwave/refridge area. An outstanding feature was the overall service. The manager stepped right up to help us while the desk clerk was helping someone else and when asked for directions easily pulled up and printed the info. Another impressive hotel person was the egg/French toast-chef at the complimentary breakfast. He made it a point to chat with every guest and then gave us info on the area around Chapman University since we were college searching.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast and big rooms. Great! This vacation, we stayed at a Comfort Suite, a Holiday Inn and the Ayres..this was by far the best of all hotels. Wish we would have stayed here all along.

Very nice. Maybe the breakfast menu must be different each day. Nice hotel.
