The room was very well designed and decorated. Did not have that cheep, run-of-the-mill look of a lot of hotels. The free breakfast was good but the dinning area could use an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel. Better tables and chairs.

In the room, I felt I was in the kitchen. It is a great hotel!

This hotel was as good if not better than advertised. We stayed here at the end of a long week of travel over the Christmas holidays. The dinner at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was hot and delicious not just a regular continental cuisine. The room was quiet and very clean.

Can not say enough good things about the staff...friendly and accommodating.this was my first stay; I usually stay somewhere else but a business friend recommended this and and I am glad he did . Very clean, GREAT beds ! The staff really takes pride in thier jobs..all are smiling. they offer free breakfast too which was a plus

pluses: courteous staff, nice room, good hot and cold breakfast, good airport shuttle service, convenient to Claremont Colleges (10 min drive) minus: long wait at check in (just one person at front desk dealing with complicated situation before us, disappearing for minutes at a time)

Plush and comfortable. Great place to stay. Have no complaints. I was traveling with 3 other ladies. We really enjoyed the room and the breakfast was more than expected. I'll be staying there again in May. All around, it was a great place to stay.

The staff at the front desk, the cooks, helpers and maids were all very friendly and cheerful and willing to go out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. One of our cooks told us about a local airplane museum that turned into a very fun day trip. The full breakfast was served quickly and with a cheerful smile by the cook and she always asked about our plans for the day. A very clean, friendly hotel that I would recommend to anyone!

Efficient and convenient to my work assignment. Room was too cold upon arrival. Liked it; attractive lobby.

No room guide, no way to hook to the high speed internet, ""Re-use towel"" policy not followed, local calls at long distance rates, etc. etc.

Location and decor. There are three properties all next to each other owned by Ayers. It was confusing. Very nice, european style andgreat breakfast (hot).

Very clean rooms. During the stay the parking lot was taped off for maintenance and carpet installation.

The staff was very friend and the free full breakfast was more than expected. Upon arriving at the Hotel I was greet but by the night person on shift. They were very friendly. I got easy instruction on the free breakfast and was my room was. I got to my room and it was awesome. Very big and everything was in the room. Kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge, Iron and board, hair dryer. I don't get this and more expensive hotels. I will stay here on my next visit. It is a four star and beyond!!!

Hot breakfast. Hall carpet. Comfortable, friendly hotel.

Quiet, cookies, and fresh fruits. Great quiet place, considering how close it is to the freeway.
Date of Stay:

Free breakfast, good as transit hotels only, free internet service. Old n dark rooms. The rooms are dark. Interior looks outdated. But they are clean. I think there are only few king sized beds because we were given a queen bed only.
Date of Stay:
April, 2008
Nice large room. Great staff. Shows its age. This is a very nice older hotel. Clean, well run, nice large rooms, attentive staff. Our TV was not working. By the time we got back from dinner it was replaced. Very good location for airport travel.
