Just west of the Augusta line, we are two, small, locally owned and operated motels with all the amenities of a large one. Innkeepers, Sheila and Kent, have worked tirelessly to make each and every guestroom unique, comfortable and full of amenities that they themselves would like to find while they are traveling. You won't find "cookie cutter" guestrooms here, all guestrooms are decorated differently, so if you don't like the style of one, we are sure we'll find one you love! When you visit, you must take a dip in the new inground, heated pool! It is fabulous! This description is based on information provided by the hotel.

What are your breakfast options?: We do not serve breakfast; however, coffee pots, toasters, microwaves, fridges, stoves and all the utensils are available for you to make your own breakfast.
What transport is available to get around?: We are 4 miles from Augusta, Maine airport. Taxi is the best public transport; otherwise, cars are available for rent on our property.
What can I do nearby?: We are 2 miles from our state's capitol, 1/2 mile from Cobbossee lake and 30 miles to the nearest ski mountain. There are many restaurants and bars within a 5 mile radius and we are 2 miles from the antique capital, Hallowell, Maine.
