We are situated in the heart of Dublin City centre, only minutes walk from shopping facilities, Temple Bar and many venues, just 200 meters from the Central Bus Station,Connolly rail Station (Airlink 747, direct coach from Dublin Airport)

Basic AccomodationThis B and B was very basic and reasonable to expect for the price you pay. The rooms are quite small and the single ones should have single beds because the double beds make space very squashed. The breakfast was filling with the toast and marmalade addition. The kitchen was comfortable. I initially booked into the basement room for two people with no window and by the kitchen (my mistake) so be carfeful of this one. The Concierge was very helpful and changed me to the room with the shower. No tea making facilities in the rooms. Excellent location in the heart of Dublin.So its ok if you are a budget traveller.

Hotel Service & MealsThe Hotel service was ok, not what I would normally expect however it advertises Full Irish Breakfast - They only provided sausages, eggs and beans. You could more or less have as much cereal and toast as you want. However they don't promote this. Bedroom door lock was loose and they didn't do anything about it. Rooms have private shower but you share toilet.

Friendly staff at reception. Very noisy room at front of the building. Nice that towels were supplied. Werent bothered about not having a loo in our room. Good location

over/night in Dublinaccommodation basic but clean . Only complaint was two storey hyke to toilet, we where on top floor nearest toilet on 2nd floor. Staff polite & helpful (bit if'y bout parking)breakfast staff excellent. good for short break.
