i'm talking to the check in staff, an old grumpy man with attitude at all times. He worked slow, Check out staff were friendly and polite.

The man at the front desk was incredibly rude when I checked-in and somehow it took 33 min to check-in even though I was the ONLY one doing so at that time. There was a roach on the bed when I walked in and several throughout the room. The thin little stained towels in the bathroom looked like they had been wet and hung to dry. Everything including the check-in area smelled AWFUL! I don't usually feel the need to make toilet seat covers when I stay at a hotel, but this time I did! This place was absolutely AWFUL!!! Oh and not to mention scary!!! I spent all of maybe 30 min in our room the whole time we were in Austin. I brushed my teeth once and used the restroom twice and that was it. My boyfriend and I slept in our car that night out in the parking lot and NO I'm not playing!! We didn't even shower the next morning--we quickly dropped the key off at the front desk and left as soon as we woke up!

The Austin Suites Hotel was so bad, we switched rooms four times to find a decent one. The first one wreaked of smoke, the second not only smelled bad, but the bed was not made and all the towels were on the floor. The one we ended up in was still bad! The air conditioning broke in the middle of the night and we had to switch rooms again. I will never go back to this hotel again!!

was not satisfied with hotel. had a bad exsprience at the hotel. the sheets where stained when u pulled down the covers was afraid to sleep on bed. nicely maid.
