Very nice rooms and the service was always with a smile!! Great location about 10 min from anything you'd like to do and in walking distance from great shops and eateries.

We were there for the Miss Arkansas pageant, nice to be able to walk through the hotel to get to the Summit arena. Close to the historic district and bath houses. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was good. If shower/tub area would be in a seperate room, it makes it easier for more than one person to get ready at the same time. Over all experience was good, enjoyed the valet service. I would go back for another stay.

Couldn't find bellman or anyone to help unload car or the velet parking attendanat. There were several parties arriving and trying to get checked in. There was only one girl at the front desk; she was checking reservations for check in, answering guests questions, answering the telephone, and looking to find carts and bellmen. More staff was definately needed for a busy checkin time. There was no ice machine on our floor; the sign said go up to next floor; machine there was out of ice; next floor up finally got some ice by pushing the button numerous times. The room was adaquate and since we were only there one night the small bath was managable for 3 of us. We liked being able to walk from the hotel to the event at the convention center without having to get our car and worry with parking. This hotel definately needs updating; it's worn and tired looking.

The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, who were very friendly. The views were nice, but the rooms were nothing special, and the bathrooms were not updated. The shower was small and seemed like something you would see in a motorhome. The parking for the hotel was two blocks away, and you had to pay for valet parking or walk.

The hotel was good with friendly staff.However, it was very old,outdated. THe beds were not queen size. The "hot tub" was cold. They seem to have been understaffed because there was one person taking orders and cooking, so the food was TERRIBLE!!

Our daughter picked the hotel because of the indoor/outdoor pool. It was a bit small, but she loved it anyway. The staff was very friendly. The room was small, but we spent most of our time out and about anyway. It would have been helpful to have more outlets in the room, so that the coffe pot does not have to be in the bathroom. Bad place for a coffee pot. Overall, we had a good stay.

The hotel stay was decent, nothing special, but we had to park on the next block over and the neighborhood looked kinda rough. It's not a real comfort when they ask you if you would like to purchase insurance at check-in.
