This was an excellent choice for our trip to Rome. Great central location close to metro, busses we could actually walk to most of the places we wanted to get to from the hotel. Lots of good eating around. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there and would go back.

My second time to stay here and it was as good as the first time . The staff are just so courteous and helpful . The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the main train station ( Termini ) and the hop on off tour bus starting point is 2 minutes walk away .

It was hard to find at first, since it's on a side street. Very close to Termini station, huge time saver. Breakfast was ok, helped save some $$.

A comfortable hotel very close to the Termini train station, many bus stops and the metro station.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The recently renovated room was quite nice - soft linens, flat screen television, and an eco-friendly lighting system. The bathroom was decently sized (for a European bathroom) with shampoos and other amenities. Breakfast was amazing! A full buffet of everything you might want - espresso, meats, cheeses, breads, etc. For the price, I would definitely stay there again.

Great cleanliness, but the room was enough small and the breakfast was not so fine for a 4 stars hotel.

Hotel was great location, very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Breakfast was more than I expected and included cold meats, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, croissants, teas, juices, and yogurt. I would highly suggest this hotel. Room is small but very manageable with space to put luggage. Bathroom was great and once again spotless!

Orbits rates this hotel as 4-star, but I believe that Michelin would only give it a 3. Bathroom amenities were in short supply (no hair conditioner, harsh shampoo). Instead of the queen-size bed I ordered, they gave us two twins side-by-side. The mattresses were comfortable though. The free breakfast was sweet rolls and coffee, cold cereal, and scrambled eggs. The coffee tasted funny, and so I preferred to go to the coffee shop down the street. Otherwise, it was clean, and the staff were helpful. I would stay there again, especially since it is just two blocks from the train and bus station.

The room was very nice and quite large by European standards, breakfast was decent and filling. My only complaint was that the wi-fi internet service was very poor quality, something you don't expect in a 4-star hohtel. Frequently the signal would disappear for several minutes and when it was there it was such a low strength signal that opening anything online took ages. Plus you had to go to the desk and buy access cards. At 5 euros for an hour, it was definitely more expensive than using an internet cafe, especially when most of your time was spent waiting for the signal to come back up. Location was convenient for railway station but slightly out of the way from most tourist attractions. Made coming back to change or rest before dinner a bit of a journey.

This hotel is in an excellent location, 5 mins from Termini station where transport is available to everywhere in the city. However, the first room we were put into was tiny, but giving credit we were moved to a larger room on complaining. If you are over 5ft 8ins tall do not stay in this hotel as the beds are very short and uncomfortably hard. I am 5ft 5ins and my feet were on the end of the bed. Considering this is a 4 star the amenities were very poor and not as usual 4 star standard, I would say 3 star. There was supposed to be a roof garden which was empty with no chairs and looked run down. On the up side the staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was passible for Rome, as we have visited there before and breakfast was awful last time. Basic with powdered egg and horrible fatty bacon.

4 star bargain! Best Orbitz deal I've had in a while. Ultra modern new rooms, great bed, new fixtures, padded cloth luxury wall covering, walking distance from Trevi fountain, and the Colleseum, steps from the subway and Termini train station from the airport. Small, yes, but superb. Breakfast was included too, and was nice. Dining room was nothing to talk about. Helpful staff. High recommend

Good Points: Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff Immaculately clean throughout Firm, comfortable bed Effective air conditioning Luxurious fabric wall coverings Powerful shower Balcony Excellent value for money Comprehensive hot and cold breakfast buffet included in rate Bad Points: No information in room about hotel facilities or telephone numbers Disappointing laminate flooring spoiled the otherwise immaculate appearance of the room No swimming pool

The room was set up with all the essential amenities and what was there was very nice. A few things annoyed me though (now I'm just being picky). Firstly, the main basin in the bathroom did not have a soap well, so the soapwater just ran everywhere onto the counter. Secondly, and vitally, the shower compartment did not have any racks or spaces for soap. So everytime I needed to soap myself, I had to step out of the shower. Let's just say that the bathroom floor was very wet very often!! Other that this, I was really very happy with this hotel. The men at reception were all extremely pleasant, helpful, and did not snob me just because I'm male (unlike many other young city men in Italy, who reserve their manners for women of childbearing age only). Best of all, though I didn't expect them to do so (being in Italy and all), they all spoke perfect English!!

Very near main railway station. Recently refurbished. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast good. For the price I paid it was good value.
