It was a very nice hotel, although the room only had a space heater that barely did anything. However, if you're in need of an internet connection at your hotel, go somewhere else. They charge more than $30 (NZD) per day. Ridiculous. There is an Esquires down the street with free Wifi though.

Great Hotel, Great price. Spacious rooms, very clean and modern, well equipped. Perfect location, only yards from the sky city tower, 5 minutes walk to the harbour and the very centre of the city. Only downfall was, it was a little cold in our room (it was winter), we had a small heater, but think the rooms could do with spare blankets as well. Although I'm sure they are available if asked for. We had a small round hole in our ceiling which brought in a cold draught, but we plugged it with a plactic bag, it was fine afterwards. It's a brand new hotel which probably just needs a couple of maintenance jobs touching up, but that really didn't bother us. Great rooms, daily clean, great helpful staff. For the price, location, cleanliness, great staff, great atmosphere, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Some parts of hotel in renovation, so Facilities would have been rated as 'Good' if the restaurant wasn't closed. Located close to Sky Tower and Queen Street, about 5 minute walk.

Located around Cuba street many restaurants are available in the near vicinity. The staff was very helpful so we really appreciated the hotel stay here. Recommended

The most disappointing thing was the shower is just on the bathroom wall, there's no actual shower unit so water goes all over the bathroom floor. If that doesn't bother you then this is great value for money, excellent location although parking isn't guaranteed and is extra cost.

Nicely surprised by upgrade on arrival to studio with well appointed kitchenette. Great central location. Modern fit out, flat screen tv, king bed, deecnt desk space, very comfortable. No view, even though on high floor. A couple of small omissions did annoy - eg no cereal/desert bowls in otherwise well appointed kitchen. Some nice little touches - eg bottle of free water in fridge. Excellent value for money

Car parking was disappointing - $25 fee for one night parking. Not unexpected however in central Auckland

Service was friendly but the restauraunt was closed for renovations, as was the spa. The range of Sky channels was very limited. There was no air conditioning. My room was very quiet.

Check in was held up while another customer's bill was sorted at some length - when more guests arrived, assistance was called for - this could have been called for much sooner. The room was comfortable and nicely refurbished but quite noisy in terms of the nieghbouring room, the hallway and lifts, (and the fridge).
