Staff was extremely friendly and flexible. Location was perfect for the Moulin à Images outdoor light show. Room and common space art was impressive. A very positive experience.

We booked the room at the last minute before a long weekend during Quebec's 400th year anniversary and fortunately got 3 consecutive nights at this boutique hotel. We are surprised this little gem wasn't reviewed. The bilingual staff are very friendly and informative. Location provided walking access to the port and old city, and we enjoyed the location off the beaten tourist path. Continental breakfast included with room and comprised fair trade, organic produce such as cereal, baked goods (i.e. muffins & croissants), juices, coffee & teas, eggs, etc. Rooms were large and comfortable with big bathrooms plus heating/cooling in each room. This is a highly recommended hotel and we will stay here again next time we pass through Quebec.
