Where "waiting" isn't something the staff do for you... ...it's what you do when you go to the restaurant! Don't bring anyone with a short attention span - a wait of 30 min + for a drink, and 75 minutes for appetizers, is likely to strain your evening. Regardless of how poor the service is, you'll still get to tip the staff - gratuities are included on the cheque. At ~$50 per person, the tip is truly insult on top of insult...
