Having opened in February of 2008, the Atrium on Ulster is one of the newest hotels in Hamilton. The downtown area, with its many shops, restaurants, and cafes, is a short 5-10 minute car ride away. Some nearby attractions include the Sky City Casino, Founders Theater, Hamilton Zoo, Hamilton Gardens, and Water World. The Atrium on Ulster can arrange taxis for guests if necessary.

There are 14 studios, 8 one-bedroom units, and 6 two-bedroom units offered by the Atrium on Ulster. Ground floor accommodations have an individual courtyard and upstairs units have a balcony. Some units have outdoor cedar hot tubs, which can be used for an additional charge of $25. Two units offer disabled access and facilities.
