We are conveniently located on IH 35, minutes from 1604 or IH 10. We are newly remodeled in March 2005. Atrium Inn is the only hotel in the area with an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. We have a 24 hour Dennys adjacent to the hotel and a new sports bar within walking distance. We offer our guests free wireless internet access and a business center. We have a 24 hour Wal-Mart within 2 miles. For your convenience, all rooms have coffee pots and hairdryers. Iron and boards are available.

Late check in was efficient and pleasant. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and soft. The towels were fluffy. The air conditioning was fabulous and the decor was nice. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with a lot of choices of cereal, pastries, and fruit. In room refrigerator was a nice surprise.

The room was not clean and it had a "stinch" that was not pleasant. The bathroom was not clean. The sheets did not stay on the bed and the bedspread was apparently not clean. The hallways were dark. The swimming pool is very small and there is not enough room around it to be safe. The grounds are not kept up and the "crickets" that were swarming the place during our stay were still there, dead of course, laying all over the entry way which is proof that they do not maintain the area by at least sweeping. Don't forget anything as the staff will not keep their word and hold it for pickup. I called when I knew that I had left my favorite pillow and they said they would hold it for one month. I returned on September 2, which was 2 days shy of the month period, to find they had "donated" my pillow to "some charity". I thought they were very unprofessional. I do not recommend this for even a one night stay.

The Atrium Inn was comfortable, the room and bath was very clean. The location is very good if you have a kids, it was really only 2 miles to HEB & Wal-Mart, and there were restaurants very close.

We recently stayed here while visiting family. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The pool is heated and surronded by tropical plants. The only complaint I have is our bed could of been a little more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was in the center of the hotel and had a retractable cover so most days we looked out at the sky. It was good sized and well maintained.

Easy access, numerous eating options close by. The Inn was a little pricey for the level and age of the property. San Antonio is very busy most week ends, and last minute trips are definetly out. The air conditioner was poor, the rugs needed cleaning, and bathroom fixtures need maintenance.
