Excellent ValueGreat value for the money, spacious accommodation with all that you need in the centre of town. It would be ideal for a longer stay as well as there is a kitchen/living room not only a bed for the night.

The apartment was a roomy one bedroom with a small kitchen. Just a few blocks to train station, grocery store, museums, and across from the gay village. So bring your earplugs if you want to sleep with the windows open!

I have stayed in this Hotel on a couple of occasions and each time the apartments have been clean, airly and very comfortable. Facilities are great and it's a brilliant location. Good price too!

Very relaxing stayFrom the moment we checked until the moment we left, we had nothing but a good experience at this hotel. Checking was a smooth, easy process, and the receptioninst was very pleasant to deal with. When we entered the room, we were very impressed with what we saw. Particulary the bedroom, which felt like a REAL bedroom. About 20 mins after we settled in, we were called by reception just to make sure all was good, a nice touch I felt.During our stay I was pleased that we were not disturbed by the noise of slamming doors, stomping feet etc. The room blocked out any outside noise whatsoever.Checking out was just as easy as checking in, and again, service with a smile. If I go back to Manchester, this would be my first choice to stay. And I will be recommending it!

This was the parental abode when we went to collect our university granduand. We had a one-bedroom apartment that was furnished with all the conviences of home - including dishwasher - and super maid service! It was convient to all transport and shopping, but relaxing to be able to eat in once in a while in private. The rooms are small when occupied by a family of persons over 6 feet, but adequate and very clean. Great internet connection is available and desk service is very helpful. Hotel itself is AMAZINGLY quiet, but not far from noisy street that is heart of gay party district. Also water was hot, plentiful, and had great pressure, which is not always the case in Northern Britain.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Atrium. It is easy to get to from Oxford Road station and is within a few minutes walk of China Town and 10 mins from Piccadilly Gardens. The staff were very helpful and as it was an apartment, it gave us the flexibility to have friends round for a meal while we were staying there. We would definitely stay again.

Value for MoneyRooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Views not up to much but then it is located in the city centre so landscapes and sea views were never an option. Would definitely stay again if I was looking for a base in Manchester.

I was in Manchester on vacation. This location is perfect. I was in the city centre and could walk everywhere. Since the room included a mini kitchen, I could get items at the nearby grocery and cook them in the room. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No complaints!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and really like it. The location is ideal and the apartments are all really nice, spacious and clean. Some can feel a little overlooked however the location well makes up for that. Highly recommended.

Atrium Apartments - Don't Stay ThereOverpriced. Everything in the room was cheap and uncomfortable. The TV reception was poor, even the channels did not match what the room instruction guide states. I expected to at least find a bottle of water in the fridge waiting, but there was nothing. No attention to detail at all. Overall the place was small, cheap, worn and overpriced. I did not stay the second night.

Absolute excellent value for money!At first thought I was wondering what the catch was with an apartment only costing 67 a night. The check in time was a little bit later than expected but luggage can be dropped off. We managed to check in about a half hour early and at first had slight difficulty in finding the place as we were newbies to Manchester but soon enough found it; being about a ten minute walk from Picadilly Gardens and the Arndale. The staff were absolutely lovely, ringing up once we'd arrived to ask if everything was fine. The apartment was wonderful, an amazingly comfortable bed. With the windows open a lot of noise comes into the apartment, but fans are provided to keep rooms cool anyway. We wanted to purchase a late checkout which allows checking out until 4pm which normally costs 15 but as we left at 1pm the receptionist kindly only charged us 7.50. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be taking more trips to Manchester sometime soon!

City centre apartmentPros: The room was clean and contemporary, bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and basic cleaning stuff.Cons: Small room - as soon as we opened the door to our room I wasn't expecting to see the bed there! We had the turret room which overlooks Canal St and so it does get quite noisy on a Saturday night. The corridors are narrow so its a bit like a rabbit warren! The towels were disappointingly threadbare.Overall: I would definitely stay at Atrium again, the cons listed are first impressions but its worth noting. However its quite impressive that there are so many apartments within one building.

Expensive but quite goodVery helpful and friendly staff. Smart modern apartment but expensive compared to an hotel room. Very hot in rooms (no air-con) and noisy with windows open.
