I have stayed UNFORTUNATELY in this hotel its not 4 stars its 0 stars hotel very bad service no electricity in rooms you cant even charge your phone in your room, you have to go downstairs and charge it with their chargers which are not working, each time when you try to use ANY electric device in room your electricity OFF no kettle in room for making tea very dirty no toilet paper disgusting everything whenever you order tea to your room or even in coffee shop in lobby you will have after 30 minutes (like they make special meal for you) PLEASE BE careful when you looking for hotels do not make mistakes which i made
