I would highly recommend you NOT stay at the Atlantis Resort and Casino in Reno NV. My sister and I took a vacation with our children that include a stop at the Atlantis. After a long day spent touring Virgina City we returned tired, hot and hungry. We came back to find our room flooded. My duffle bag that had both my and my childrens clothes were on the floor and were completely soaked with rusty water from the broken sprinkler head. We called the front desk. The room next to ours had been the location of the accident so they never checked our room although the hall way in front of our room already had the huge dryers drying the carpet. We were told we had to wait for security in our flooded room we have pictures at least two inches of water. with our children we waited for over an hour and we were told we could not leave until security arrived. By that time we were tired and hungry. After inspection which took another hour I was offered another room and a hair dryer and some hangers for me to dry my wet clothes. We were never compensated. $200.00 worth of clothes were ruined. Needless to say we checked out even our bell boy was shocked at the treatment we received. We were told to file a claim and they would see if they could pay it.

We work 60+ hours a week at our jobs and when we desided to go to the Conciage Tower it was for the service and the quite. But we didn't get that. They were doing some kind of construction on floor 21 and it boomed straight thru to our floor 24. We should of been told. It would of changed our minds about staying there.

Stayed in lodge on side away from parking and traffic before early morning flight---perfect for that. Didn't even see rest of resort.

Pool was great. Restaurants were over priced.

We stayed in the Dolphin Tower. I requested a room by the elevator since my daughter had ankle surgery and was on crutches. I heard the elevators run all night long and we could hear the street noise (we stayed on the 11th floor). I was amazed at how noisy the place is. Over all, the room was okay, but over priced (IMO). I got a free upgrade thru a online website, or I would have stayed in the cheaper tower. It was a long way for my daughter to hop from the outside ramp to the elevator to get to the room. If I had to do over, I would stay elsewhere.

Reserved a room in the luxury tower and was upgraded due to an overbooking. Room was clean and quiet. Casino was smaller than I expected and there were no shows or activities while we were there. It is by itself with only one other casino in walking distance and that was almost a mile away. The buffet is good at breakfast, that is the only meal we had there. Overall we enjoyed our stay only wish it would have been closer to other things.

Was able to gamble, swim, and eat all at the hotel they had it all!

Very nice room for the price. Quiet and very peaceful. Awesome hotel casino. My complaints would be that I was on the forth floor. My view was of the roof. I was only in the room to sleep so that wasn't a problem. Also valet lost my keys. Seemed like it took a long time to let me know that they couldn't find them. After I helped search on the key board we found them. I would definitely stay there again. For the right price of course!!

Friendly staff and great dining service. Definitely not even close to a 4 star hotel. Does not meet the caliber of 4 star quality.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now and it has not disappointed me. The rooms are clean, if a bit outdated. The restaurants in this hotel/casino have great food and are reasonably priced. They have an all you can eat sushi bar that is outstanding and the Manhattan Deli never skimps on food. If you're into gambling, the dealers are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport and is easy to get to if you're driving.

Both the Hotel and the Motor Lodge were offered under the same listing, do not choose the motor lodge. It is an old, only partially maintained motel the Hotel intends to remove when the current hotel remodels are complete. Stay at the hotel, it had to be better. We ate at the Purple Parrot and asked for a smoke free environment, we received a second hand smoke enviroment (people were not allowed to smoke in the restaurant, but we got the second hand smoke from the casino).

This place has gone downhill since the expansion $45 for a spa visit is a big rippoff. Some staff members are extreamly rude and they put this place in the league of the Wynn in Las Vegas.

over all it was a good deal, the original room i was assigned was not a good room so for 2odlls upgrade i got a much better room in the towers

Location, lounges, rooms. Purple parrot. Terrible slow service. No busboy/coffee service. I always like to stay at the Atlantis as I think this is the best hotel in Reno. I bid on a 4 star and although paying 1/4 of the price, and the availability of their motor coach rooms, they put us up in the tower rooms which are very nice with LCD/HD TV's and very nice bathroom and other fixtures.

The room in the motor lodge was fine but it was very noisy. We could here the people on either side of us and above us so we did not get much sleep. Also, noise from the parking lot - the coming and going added to the noise level. The hotel itself was great. The buffet was excellent. We would have preferred to stay in the hotel and not the motor lodge. At the time we booked, we were not aware that we were in the motor lodge or that they even had a motor lodge. We would stay again, but not in the motor lodge.

Great place to stay. Nice to be connected to other hotels when the tables turn sour. Lots of food choices, but nothing special. Bed was hard. King room was great. Very clean. Loved having a table to eat late night snacks on. Easy check in and check out. Quiet, never hard the neighbors. Only harassed about time shares a few times. Better than what I expected. It is connected to Circus Circus so expect to see lots of kids. Even at 12am there were kids eating in the restaurants.

This was the worst hotel stay and it ruined my stay. They have too many hidden fees, for example: deposit, and charges for anything you use like the pool, spa and even the phone, you are charged for this regardless if you use it or not and they do not give you and option. I tried to be cheap, I usually stay at Marriotts and I regret not staying there because the bill added up and we paid more for less, by the way those pictures that are online are false they put you in a different section that is getto. I was there for fun with my family but we ended up mad and calling the front desk asking why I was being charged for this and that. The personell was very immature and they lacked customer service skills. You will regret staying here.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I requested a king bed on priceline and got 2 queens beds. The hotel in a whole was great. I dined both nights at the hotel. The buffet was good, but the steakhouse was great. My overall stay was great!

Reasonably priced, but quality and service fell way below expectations. Breakfast the next morning in the Purple Parrot was fine. Also, we had a heavily inebriated fellow try to get into our room at 12:am. I had to call security twice to have him "escorted" to his room. Too many complementary drinks on the gaming floor.

My husband and I have been staying here a couple of times a year for the last 10 years. We have now switched to the Silver Legacy. We were given a jacuzzi suite, which we asked and payed for since it was our anniversary. The lines were incredibly long at check-in which took forever.we did have a comfortable bed, but our room was near the elevator so children and people running up and down the hallway all night and day.. Apparently they were removing the jacuzzi tub in the room directly above us. When I called to complain I was told I would need to come down to the front desk and see if another room was available-no apology, no offer to check if there was anything else open, absolutely no offer of any kind. I left a voice mail for the manager who never returned my call. We won't stay there again.
