Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, close to all the amenities, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to San Marco square. A small typical Venetian canal allows water taxi access just at the entrance of the hotel.

This is a nice property in a very good and quiet location with a professional and friendly staff. There are canal view rooms, superior, or deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a stunning view of both the lagoon and the sea.

White, 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea.

A few steps lead to the small but very well-presented lobby. There is a nice rug on the floor and a rounded table with a big vase of flowers just in the middle of the room to welcome guests. On the right of the entrance there is the reception desk and on the left a small luminous and bright bar.

Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in modern style. They are luminous and comfortable, well equipped and in good condition. Bathrooms also are in very good condition.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor on the left of the bar and in the same style with yellow table clothes and big colourful paintings on the walls.

1 km to the nearest beach, 2 km to the nearest station (venice), 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 8 kms to the nearest airport (marco polo).
