The front desk is open daily from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. When guests arrive at the property they can dial 169 on the keypad to call the front desk. Guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. should dial 180 on the keypad to call the manager on duty to receive check-in instructions. All Aston Hotels & Resorts managed hotels and condominiums are non-smoking.

The ResortQuest Waikoloa Villas was perfect for our family. Check-in was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The master bathroom is huge with two sinks and a separate shower and tub. The kichen has up-to-date appliances and equipt with everything we needed. The large sunken living room was fabulous! They have gas grills around the property and we were fortunate to have one nearby. There's two swimming pools, one on each end. (I recommend the larger pool nearest to the tennis courts as the other pool is smaller). I also like the fact that this property is quiet and gated. I would definitely stay here again.

Two bedroom condo with full kitchen, clean and comfortable. No major complaints. Small complaint - not enough kitchen utensils/basics. The Waikoloa Colony Villas were one of the best hotel deals I've had in a long time. The condo was dual level with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and the master bathroom was big enough to play tennis in! I was amazed at how quiet the rooms and neighborhood was (even though some people were not very quiet, the villas were!). With the full kitchen we saved a lot of money by not eating out & the Villas are about a half hour walk away from "A-bay", which is one of the nicest beaches on the Kohala coast of the big island. For a cheaper price than a basic room at the nearby resort hotels (which only have small 2 bed rooms at best), you should definitely stay here!

Perfect place if you want to relax and get out of a busy life --very clean, private, well facilitated, quiet and safe. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It's also convenient --supermarkets, shopping center and beaches are within 2-15 min drive. You will definiately want to come back again once you stay there.

Wonderful property, great location, terrific staff!!! We had a gorgeous two bedroom condo which was huge and extremely comfortable. The pools and grounds are beautiful. The staff was amazing. We are ready to go again!!!"

The Condo we stayed at was in a gated community and the grounds are well kept. The three bedroom unit had nice furnishing, but the carpets were very dirty which gave it a feeling that the rest of the condo was not clean. Housekeeping came only once in 5 days. They seemed to be in a hurry to clean and not willing to wait an hour until we left. Parking was also hard to find late at night since most of the spaces are reserved for the owners. We were not allowed to park our vehicle in the garage. I will not stay there again since there are many newer condos being built in the same area.

The condo was very nice and convenient and the staff were helpful. It would be good if the map of the Waikola area showe distances to know what is an easy walk.
