My husband,daughter and I had a great holiday at this resort and have boasted about it since. We will be returning. Staff where fantastic, very helpful love children too. Food was great, Room fantastic. Plenty of restaurants outside down the street that where all very hospitable. Happy hour on the foreshore great time to be had by all

Nice location with the beach just in front of you. The facitlities were slightly old though and the renovation work was a little irritating.

We were upgraded to a suite as all the connecting rooms were occupied. That was very nice with 2 LCDs and a small jacuzzi-like tub. The beach is very beautiful and clean with a long stretch of shallow water in the mornings. My family iwth 2 kids enjoyed this very much. But if you prefer shopping and some night life then better to go for Kuta area.

Should be prompt on the room availability during check in time. The internet should be free as it's high rated hotel. The break-fast must make available as stated time. The access to the beach could be improve. Others are alright.
