The middle garden court yard is pleasant but a swimming pool and a gym would be better.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The location is excellent, just a short stroll from the river and ferry across to the city of Perth. There is an abundance of cafe's and restaraunts close by as well.

Apartment in need of a makeover! Spacious enough but opposite the freeway. We were at the back and we still heard a lot of traffic.

It is a handy location to the freeway that unfortunately results in constant loud traffic noise.
