Clean but has not had any money spent on in last 3 years. Restaurant expensive without reason, rooms overpriced, only penthouse has flat screen tv, no high speed internet cable, lots of noise from elevator (very slow) and very few showstopping performances in this place. We wont be back.

Lovely clean and easy to get to hotel overlooking the swan river, close to the city and close to Perth Airport. Staff helpful and friendly, the restaurants food is first class as well a favourite place of mine to stay.

Very helpful and engaged staff, nothing was a problem. Great rooms and good location near the river. Parking facilities were very workable too.

Parking spaces very small, but plenty. Very convenient to get to and from, but entrance driveway is very easy to miss and as it is on a busy street you can't just stop suddenly so drive slowly.

The apartment was fantastic, extemely well funished and well finished. View also great. Dissapointed with breakfast, very unorganised - too busy/too little staff. Bit far out of the city, but great for the airport.
