This hotel is located just 2 km from the wonderful medieval city of Kilkenny, on the ring road of the city, off Waterford Road. Kilkenny Castle is a 20-minute walk, as is Rothe House; Jerpoint Abbey is a 25-minute drive and it is 35 minutes by car to the Dunmore Caves.

How to get there
Guests arriving by car from Dublin should take the Naas Road R110 (signposted The South, M50). At the Red Cow roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N7 (signposted The South N8, N9). At Junction 9 take the left hand lane then join the N9 motorway (signposted Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow). Continue on the N9 through Carlow until reaching Paulstown. Then take the N10 (signposted Kilkenny). On entering Kilkenny, turn left at the Dublin Road roundabout. Continue on to Bennettsbridge roundabout, and go straight across. Guests will then approach Bohernatournish roundabout which they should also go straight across. Kilkenny Retail Park is on the left, and they will see Woodies DIY building. Turn left into the retail park and drive to the far end where the hotel is located.
