Sad to say I stayed for three weeks because they demanded for advanced payment. As soon as I learned that they do not allow guests to use the facilities, i wanted to check out already but I cannot make a refund already. There is no internet available, no gym, no sauna, nothing useful at all. the beds are also old and sheets are uncomfortable. The only thing good about my stay is the location.

Beds are uncomfortable, no internet connection, no free parking, gym and sauna cannot be used by guests. Rooms are old and noise from outside can be heard from the rooms.

Rooms not comfortable. Bed was old and the sheets were itchy. Facilities cannot be used by guests. they should not mislead guests to thinking that they can use it during their stay. Food is bland. No wi-fi. Outside calls are overpriced. Can hear street noises from the room. Location is okay but quite dark outside. Cannot walk from bars to the hotel at night. Overall, you can find better and cheaper places to stay. Not recommended for long-term visits.

started off at Asian Mansion. not a bad place but it didnt have internet. spoke to the management and they transfered me to Prince Plaza 2. its just a few blocks away. Prince Plaza is nice and right next to Greenbelt Mall and nightlife. the rooms have a small kitchen but no oven just microwave. i am going back and will probably get a room at PP2 again.

Hotel is close by GreenBelt and Glorietta shopping malls.Restuarants and bars are just a few minutes walk away. Hotel rooms are average, not much in the way of cooking facilities. But are clean and have good A/C.

I was not happy at all with my 2 week stay. The beds are uncomfortable and a bit itchy. there is no internet connection available, no access to the gym or sauna (only for tenants). There is no free parking as well. the only positive thing about my stay is the location and that's about it.

We had bad connections in Manila and needed a place to sleep rather than standing for hours at the airport. Asian Mansion II turned out to be a hi-rise Condo Hotel. Our cab driver had no idea how to find it, even with the address. There is no signage, and you enter through a parking garage and go up two floors to the "lobby", a no frills checkin desk. Once in the room we were pleasantly surprised to find it was really an efficiency apartment, complete with dishes, cutlery and refrig. We ordered supper by room service and the food was good and modestly priced. They arranged for a driver to take us back to the airport, for about the same price as our metered cab fare. In spite of its almost hidden location we enjoyed our brief stay and would probably layover there again.
