The Ashworth By The Sea Hotel is the only the only full-service oceanfront hotel in New Hampshire located right on beautiful Hampton Beach. The closest airport is Manchester, NH Airport, fifty minutes from Hampton Beach. The nearby attractions include Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom concert hall, York's Wild Kingdom, and historic Newburyport MA.

The hotel provides with amenities like indoor heated pool, wireless Internet, large sun deck overlooking the Atlantic ocean, valet parking fee, Wharf side coffee shop, breakers restaurant, dancing and entertainment, seasonal outdoor dining, seasonal dinner buffet, exercise facility, flat screen TV with premium channel, room service fax and copy service, beach chairs, pack n play, cots, and five private function and meeting rooms. The amenities available for rental include DVD/VCR players.

What are your breakfast options?: For breakfast, we serve our regular menu daily from 6:30 am - 12:00 noon, offering items such as: omelets, cereal, toast, muffins, pancakes & all of the usual. Prices range from $2.50 (cereal, pastry, English muffin) to $4.25 (French toast, eggs, pancakes) to $7.95 (includes a mix of things eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast & coffee or juice). On Sundays, we offer a brunch from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, that includes juice, coffee, pastries, and hot breakfast items such as an omelet station, prime rib carving, lunch entrees & a dessert table. The price for that is $16.95 for adults, $12.95 for children 5-12, & no charge for children under 5.
What transport is available to get around?: We don't have much in the way of public transportation. For travel to and from the airport, we have Hampton Shuttle, which goes to both local airports, Logan Airport in Boston, MA or Manchester Airport in Manchester, NH. For local and in-town travel, we rely on our local taxi cab companies. There aren't too many to select from, but the one we use the most and that is the most reliable is Abba Taxi. This is something we can arrange for our guests if needed. There are other cab companies to choose from in case Abba Taxi is unavailable.
What can I do nearby?: On our property, we have an indoor heated pool that is open 8:00 am - 10:00 pm year round; we also have a 24hour fitness room. In the surrounding area, the main beach offers many shops, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, free outdoor entertainment and a venue (casino ballroom) that offers musical acts, comedians and others. These places are seasonal and are closed during the winter months. The Seacoast Science Center in Rye, about a 15 minute ride, is a good place for families and opens throughout the year. The city of Portsmouth is also a great place to spend a day as it offers many original shops, wonderful dining on the water (Piscataqua River) and a variety of
historical sites, such as Strawberry Banked Museum.
