The hotel art'otel berlin kudamm, by park plaza, Berlin, DE is located perfectly to allow access to the shopping center of Berlin. With the many cafes, restaurants, famous name and smaller stores, strolling boulevards, historical sights, and public transportation stops, you will not be dissapointed with a stay here. The rooms are small by American standards, but extremley clean with no smell or odors. The front desk attendants are capable of native language as well as English, and are very polite and helpful. I look forward to booking a stay here again next New Years eve!

The hotel was clean and attractive. The Hotel staff was very friendly. Great breakfast. One minute walk from train station. AC system was poor. Breakfast was 14 euros. Only one computer in hotel lobby and the enter button was jammed. Overall wonderful hotel! Clean and attractive decor. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast but a bit costly. Room was clean the bathroom was clean the shower had great water pressure and temp was perfect. Mini Bar and snacks in the room, replenished daily. Bed was firm but comfortable as well as 2 different styles of pillows (4 all together). Hotel had a room in the lobby area to iron your clothes, so no iron in room. My only complaint was the AC, it didn't get cool enough. So overall great stay!

A very nice hotel in a perfect location. Rich selection of food in the breakfast room. Friendly staff. Recommendable.

The location was great. The hotel was keep up but the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. The breaksfast buffet, which I was told was complimetry was actually 14 euro and left a lot to be desired. The bread was old, the eggs were burt and there was only a few items to choose from although the coffeee and tea were wonderful.

The staff was friendly, helpful, location was wonderful for the price, it was a very good value. The breakfast was way too expensive for us. We ate breakfast out at various other spots. No face flannels in rooms should be standard. This is a clean, few frills hotel. It is well located close to shopping and the most exclusive hotel and restaurant areas, just a block off the beaten path. It is a little funky, with up to date furnishings and bathroom fixtures. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A very nice, clean and comfy hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast. The hotel was close to metro station, had good connection to major attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, will come back again.

Modern, clean and good-looking. No internet connection was available in rooms. Hotel was located in a great area and easy to reach by public transportation. Attractive design of rooms, hallways and public spaces. Rooms are rather small but space is very efficiently used. Many boutiques and good restaurants around.

Very interesting art pieces all over the hotel. Love the colorful crockery which brightens up the whole dining area. Frankly, there isn't anything that I don't like about the hotel. Everything was good. Cost of breakfast was a little pricey though.

The artwork hanging on the walls. The rude and disrespectful staff ruined the stay. The front desk receptionists were continually rude and disrespectful to myself and other guests of the hotel. Their reasons for additional charges upon check-out were not valid and I would not independently recommend the hotel to anyone.

Quiet street in the heart of the old west Berlin action - very clean and recently renovated and artsy Everyone in Berlin smokes. Room was non-smoking, but had to keep window open in freezing temps because smoke stink often came thru vents. Small, comfortable rooms and polite staff. No real extras, but perfect for a good sleep in extremely clean room, comfortable bed, and small but fine bath. Modern art all around, incl. furniture and new bath design. Not elegant, but fun and right off Kirfurstendam in the heart of the action/shopping. Great Advent festival 2 blocks away. Worth the visit in December. All buses and Zoo Bahnhof within 2 blocks. Would definitely go back. Not much space for kids, though. Compact, but very adequate for 2. Nice, reasonable local restaurant next door. Smoking laws in Berlin to change Jan.'08-should eliminate restaurant issues, maybe hotels?

Great location. Staff was very helpful and art everywhere. Staff was not savy to location of tours etc but very will to find information. Everything if right here. Shopping-Metro-Restaurants. Tour office and the Hop on Hop off Bus for Museums and tour of the city. Hotel is small with Painting and Art Prints everywhere. Modern decor and new.
