We went to Niagara Falls overnight to sight see and to go to Marine Land. When we arrived in Niagara Falls the hotel was a lot further from the falls than expected. When we arrived at the hotel the lady at the front desk gave us the key to room 55. When we got into the room the beds were a mess, there we beer cans everywhere, the bathroom door was shredded at the bottom and splintering off, the bathroom was terrible and the room was just trashed. We went down to the front desk again and the lady braught us up to room 56. When we got into room 56 the lights weren't working, the window was cracked, there were no clean towels or bathroom sundries, the bathroom was filthy and the mirrors in the bedroom area were covered in toothpaste. The lady appologised and took us to the next room 57. When we arrived at this room it appeared to be a little cleaner. There was coffee stain were someone recently dumped coffee in the bathtub, the mirrors were filmy and gross, there were no clean towels or bathroom sundries, the sheets were stained and the air conditionar didn't work very well. The small fridge made loud noises off and on all night that kept us up. We complained to the lady at the front desk and she cleaned the bathroom and braught us up some towels while we went down to see the falls. There was no where to get ice at the hotel. There were a lot of undesirable people lingering around the hotel and it seemed to be a bad part of town.

overall, i did not mind the inconveniences if it meant saving considerably. the location was good. it could use some repairs & cosmetics.

the worst motel i have everbeen in my lifetime. the room was very filthy and dusty. it seemed that it had not been cleaned for several days.there was no water going through the tub of the washroom and when requested to fix it , they said that all the cleaners were gone. i will never recommend anybody to go to this motel
