Friendly staff. Old. Loud, room. The hotel staff was friendly but I was put into a room right next to the office. It was late and I was very tired so I didn't make a fuss. The room felt like it was part of the office at one time with acoustic ceiling tiles. Everything looked very old except for a couple of pieces of furniture. This hotel had got good reviews and I expected it to be better than the Americana. But it really wasn't. It was noisy due to the fact the room was so close to the hotel office and parking lot entrance. When I was putting my things into my car the next morning, I looked into one of the rooms being cleaned. Those rooms looked nice and I could understand how it got good reviews.
