Ariel Dunes offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos with fully equipped kitchens, dining area and a furnished balcony. Amenities include- Beach access, two large pools, a championship 18-hole golf course, eight tennis courts, fitness center, BBQ and the Whales Tail Restaurant on the beach, along with two other restaurants on the resort. At Ariel Dunes, it is easy to escape, relax and stay. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Please be advised the following nightly resort fees will be collected at the time of booking-USD 30.00 Nov-Mar or USD 44.00 Apr-Oct, plus tax. Cleaning fees collected at check-in include- 1 bed- USD 100.00, 2 bed- USD 110.00, 3 bed- USD 150.00. Check in time is after 4pm. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Please check in at the front desk. There may be times when access is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call 800-874-9106 in advance.
