If you want beauty and the volcano this is the place to stay! We enjoyed our 3 nights here and wished it could have been longer. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for your hospitality. Everyone was great to us and words can not describe how awsome this place is. My husband already wants to go back. A MUST DO is the "Sky Adventures - Sky Tram to the zip lines. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!

Stayed for a quick 2 night trip to experience the volcano. Great hotel, excellent rooms. All have great views of the volcano and amenities like outdoor shower and Jacuzzi on the patio facing the volcano. If you are traveling with significant other, this is a great place for the price.

This brand new hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very nice and well decorated (pillows were too thin) and the views from inside or outside on porch were fantastic. The pictures on the web site look great but even they cant capture the true beauty and specialnesss of the place. If you have small kids, this isnt your place. If you are just married, or any other couple this place is the top choice. I have stayed at the next three best hotels in Arenal and this one is best all around. Ask about the new more private falls right down the street. DO NOT eat at the Fuego restaturant down the main road from this hotel, they served us what might have been monkey (we ordered rib eye), whatever it was we couldnt even cut it much less eat it. The food at Nayara was very good. One last thing, they have no creamer in Costa so its either milk for your coffee or take the instant creamer with you.

All the rooms have an unreal view of Arenal volcano. The staff was great. The property is beautiful. This is a great small hotel. This hotel is off the main road making it nice and quiet.

This is a brand new beautiful resort. The rooms were amazing and all have a private jacuzzi on the balcony. This is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family vacation (although there aren't many kid activities on the property other than the pool/hot tub area) and is within 15 minutes to most of the local activities (zip lines, volcano tour, hot springs, hanging bridges, waterfalls, etc...). And, the hotel staff provided excellent service!
