The family friendly hotel is a beautiful place to rest, relax and enjoy the marvellous view of the Arenal Volcano. With 40 rooms available, this establishment has been designed so that guests can enjoy the combination of a high quality service and exuberant natural beauty. Surrounded by gardens, pastures and various species of animals, the planning of the rooms enables guests to fully enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Arenal Volcano from their balcony, as well as views of the farm, the swimming pool area, and the restaurant. The hotel was refurbished in 2006 and facilities include a hotel safe, 2 bars, a restaurant and a laundry service (fees apply).

The rooms combine modern and rustic style with spacious areas, where guests can enjoy undisturbed and impressive views of the imposing Arenal and the surrounding garden, from their relaxing rocking chairs. In the junior suites guests will find a pleasant atmosphere. Each room is equipped with 2 queen-size beds, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, a spacious private bathroom with hot water and a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, terrace with a view of the volcano, a fridge, a safe and a coffee maker. The swimming pools and Jacuzzi are strategically located so that guests can enjoy the refreshing waters without missing the volcanic eruptions which may happen at any moment. The children have their own pool where they can play without being far from safety and the watchful eyes of their parents. The hotel also offers spa facilities. There is a wet bar where guests can sample their favourite drink whilst watching the volcano and taking a dip in the swimming pool. Guests can take also advantage of the spacious gardens for walking and meditation, as well take the opportunity to see the daily operations of a typical Costa Rican farm, including experiencing the milking process at the dairy. Taking a walk along the paths around the hotel, guests will reach the pastures where the livestock are kept, the dairy, sheep pen, storage area, ornamental plant crop, as well as the Arenal river which is very important in the area as it forms the Arenal lake.
