A poor stayThe hotel is the only building on one side of a dual carriageway a fair distance from the city centre. For single european travellers, it doesn't offer much of a chance to meet other people, as the majority of the guests are business travellers from Iraq or Egypt, and the bar is hardly used. The Gym is carpeted and is heavily used by the locals, which means it is damp to the touch with sweat, and I did not risk crossing it to check the pool out. While the staff where keen to help, the legally required security checks at the door were never carried out.
