A variety of 216 stylish rooms and suites await guests at the Areca Lodge Pattaya, distributed through three towers - Areca, Corana, and Evergreen. Guests are welcomed onto the air-conditioned premises by a lobby with a 24-hour check-out service, and here they may also make use of the hotel safe. Additional communal spaces include the casino and restaurant. There are 6 room types available to choose from in the 3 towers: standard, deluxe, executive, superior, super deluxe, luxury, and Patio suites. Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Standard features of all rooms include a TV, Internet access and tea and coffee making facilities. Optimum comfort is ensured by the individually regulated air conditioning, and each room has a private balcony or terrace.

There are 2 large swimming pools and a hot tub available for guests' use, as well as a gym and a sauna.

Lunch is served from a set menu, while dinner is served either a la carte or from a set menu.
