From the Railway Station:Walk towards the town.At the first set of traffic lights, look across the road to the left and you will see our bright blue sign.By Road from M40:Exit the M40 at junction 15.Take the A46 towards Stratford-upon-Avon.After 2.2 miles there is a roundabout. Take the second exit (A46).After 4 miles there is a second roundabout. Take the first exit (A3400).After 1.2 miles there is a traffic light. Turn right here into Arden Street.We are Number 6 Arden Street: We are on the left hand side of the road, 50 yards from the next traffic light and opposite the Stratford Victoria Hotel.Our sign is bright blue.Drop off your luggage and collect your free parking voucher.

Parting wasn't a sweet sorrow!I visited the Arden Park Guest House with my friend. We both loved the Arden Park and found the whole guest house comfortable, attractive and clean, we loved our rooms. The owner Mark was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our continental breakfast (lovely coffee!)and the whole overall experience. We were on the top floor and I would prefer to be on the 1st floor if and when we visit Stratford again, the stairs are very steep. It is situated close to the station and it is an easy walk to the city centre and all the main attractions. The only problem for us was that we would have liked to stay longer, the Arden Park and Stratford were perfect.

The staff were very helpfull and polite, and the hotel and rooms were very clean. If staying in Stratford upon avon again will definately see if there's a room available here.

Very small single room!I had previously read fairly good reviews for this B&B, and while the general hospitality and breakfast were good, the single room I stayed in was tiny, and also backed onto a main road which was quite loud at times. Close to the train station, though.

Comfortable and convenientEasy walk to Stratford centre. On a busy road but not noisy. Car parking off site. Comfortable room but contains bed only - no chair or desk.Very friendly. Excellent breakfast included. Free wifi.

We had the smallest room in the hotel which was the only one available, this was however more than adequate for what we required. There was no cooked breakfast available but the continental option on offer was excellent.

I found this hotel very convenient to all local amenities and in very short walking distance of the main train station. I would recommend to all hotel markers travelling to Stratford Upon Avon.
