We expected better from a 4-star hotel. The room is relatively small, and the furnishing is very basic. Small things (e.g., the soap in the bathroom, the divided mattress on the bed, irregular wifi connection) all resemble a cheap motel. Very disappointing. The location is nice, though, if you manage to get this hotel much cheaper than similarly located options.

Although the rooms were basic and not very large, the hotel was immaculately clean and the desk staff were very helpful. It was in a good location (approximately a 5 minute walk from Wenceslas Square) but was still quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

This hotel is a very good value. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great, and the lobby has computers with internet access.

Not too shabbySome of the hotel staff wasn't all that friendly. The general location was pretty good, a little far from the metro, but the immediate vicinity was a little sketch at night - lots of cabaret shows and stuff. Breakfast was decent, although not that quality. The rooms were okay as well - definitely not an architectural masterpiece as they tout it to be.

Superb stayI stayed for 2 nights and for location and value for money, it was superb. Although it is on a noisy street, the rooms are well sound proofed, clean and service is very good (especially as i was an English speaking traveller). Concierges were very helpful and good for advice and it was very easy to walk to places - the charles bridge is only about 15 mins walk and the main drag, wenceslas sq was less than 5 mins walk.

may bank holidayI was very pleased with this hotel. The whole hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location was close to everything, but not too close, so it wasnt noisy. I would say it was quite good value for the centre of Prague. I would stay there againthere was free internet in the hotel lobby too, which as very useful

Very good value for money. Clean, modern and walkable into the city. Breakfast was only ok and I wouldn't recommend for families as it is situated opposite an XXX video shop!

Enjoyed my 4 day break here and had everything i wanted. Was clean, large room for the money, nice bathroom. I didn't think much of the breakfasts but thats cos Im english and I love a fry up. Location was 3 min walk from Wencseles quare but at the top end so a canny walk to the Old Town. Nice to have a walk though and if you didn't walk just take the metro, only 80Kc for an all day pass, about £2. Hotel location is excellent, 5 mins walk to Wenceslaw square. Breakfast is above average. But hotel could do much better with the cleanliness. Room was ok, but the bathroom was mess. Only one towel there and used by previous residents. Not a pleasant sight!

Situated in a bit of a scruffy area, the hotel more than makes up with the standard of accomodation and breakfast. This and the fact that it is less than ten minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and the metro station would make me return to this hotel again in the future.

Ideally located just metres off wenceslas square. Nice quiet rooms and absolutely excellent staff. They couldn't do enough for you. Would definetely stop there again. New hotel in very good clean condition, and a bargain of a price!!!!

this hotel was really good value for money. the area wasnt fantastic, but only a 15 minute walk to Old Town Square. the staff were fantastic! always helping us out with directions to various places. Very clean and contemporary!!!1

La mancanza di cordialità e di disponibilità del personale può incidere molto negativamenteL'albergo è ottimo. La pecca è nel personale che si è dimostrato senza alcuna disponibilità e cordialità. E' un albergo che sconsiglio a chi non parla almeno l'inglese in modo fluente (la lingua italiana è totalmente sconosciuta).
