We found this hotel excellent value for money. The staff are very helpful and can't do enough for you. Would recommend that you use the hotel bus to get about in the night. Some nice bars in Hatfield.

The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our travel needs. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the train station. The food was very good.

our stay included a buffet breakfast we didnt enjoy it at all. The bread was stale the peaches were old in a nutshel the food was bad and for that reason only i dont see myself going back there ever again.

The Arcadia Hotel is a bit rundown and not in the best part of town, but the price was very cheap and there was parking available in the adjoining multi-story car park and a small shopping mall also connected. Acceptable for short visits.

Bed very comfortable and big. Room appropriate to size of bed. Bathroom a bit on the small side and the bath cannot hold a big person.

I found the hotel staff very courteous and obliging, and the free drop-off, pick up service in Praetoria very conveniant. The only drawback is the safety considerations in the vicinity of the hotel after dark, but I believe this applies over much of South Africa.

the hotel is old but clean and the staff were most helpful especially Peter the courtesy bus driver . he dropped us and picked us up on time at the unisa campus. The location is but one of the best but were did walk around outside and just had to be extra careful. the rooms and bathrooms need major revamping. the breakfast was good.
