Contemporary, friendly. There is no option for parking. Guests must use valet.

Staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly, overall the staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were very small and crowded, the TV was an old 27". The bathroom was small. They call it a boutique hotel, which is code word for small. Everything was well done, but just too cramped for my liking.

Valet parking. Nice, clean, free coffee, different kind of hotel not your regular Marriott style.

Extremely comfortable. No main light in the room. Nice hotel, great choice for business, friendly cooperative staff. Loved the green apples the umbrella and the free coffee in the lobby.

Beautiful interior typical of small boutique hotels. Light sleepers and even normal sleepers will not get a good night sleep because of traffic noise. Beautiful boutique hotel on a very noisy and typically impersonal downtown street.

The food at the restaurant was excellent. The room was very small by Northa American standards.

Downtown location. No warning, or alternatives to an expensive valet parking. Expensive for what you get! No pool or Jacuzzi. Cleaning staff overlooked garbage in the room; one kind front-desk staff-member moved us to another room, but it had cleaning issues too.

Attractive room andclean linens. Unwilling to provide 2 beds. Excellent hotel, stayed there several times. Unwilling to provide separate beds young adult child too old to sleep with mother.

Extra charges for Internet and telephone - nickel & dime customers for the price paid? No Ramps were available (dolly / wheelchair unfriendly), coffee was not replenished next day (we had to call for service), Elevators are rather slow, limited parking facilities plus to charge such a fee is extreme, rooms are too cramped - Armour door interfered with being able to walk around bed, mattress was quite worn with a serious concave shape in the middle (we had to fold our duvet and place it between the box spring and mattress to create a more level sleeping surface).

Clean and quiet room with nice amenities. The valet crashed my car!I have an insurance claim with them now.

Staff were extremely friendly, hotel provided extras such as upscale body products, turn down, spring water, chocolates and fruit at no extra charge. Extremely small rooms, inconsistent service on day two andinterrupted sleep by noises in or around the hotel. Overall this hotel was excellent. The rooms were very small and so was the bathroom therefor I would only recommend for business. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the workout space and the little extras throughout my stay. Great area of town close to shopping and dining.

Service was exceptional! Location was amazing! Room was gorgeous! Loved it! The room was a little small but beautifully decorated. I loved this hotel! The service was exceptional. We were offered a glass of champagne and a chocolate when we got there and were nicely helped by the valet with all of our luggage. The hotel and room were beautifully decorated and very clean. I loved the turn down service in the evening with the bottle of water, chocolate and apple. I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Ottawa! I highly recommend this hotel!

Swank hotel, modern look, walking distance to Rideau, great staff. No pool/ hot tub, restaurant was expensive at $75/person for Valentine's. Loved it. Free tea/coffee in room and lobby, staff is very helpful, but also looking for the tips, so be prepared. We ran out of tissues and within 5 minutes room service was at our door with more, great service!

They were very accomodating when I called the day before to upgrade me to a 2 double bed room instead of 1 queen. 2 double beds was an upgrade! Rooms very small , not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Amenities, average. Worst bathrobe ever! Hotel Staff very welcoming and accomodating. Nicely decorated. Rooms very small even for a boutique hotel. Not what I expexted from a 4-star rated hotel. Amenities were just average. Paper-like bathrobes!! Wireless internet access charge! Bare minimum.

The common spaces and service. The room wasvery small. This is really a boutique hotel.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and friendly lounge with coffee and tea a nice added touch. The room was very small. With TV on had to climb over bed to get out. This is an older hotel which has been updated so you will find some of the rooms small and the plumbing old (had to wait about 1/2 hour on arrival to get hot water.) but that being said this hotel strives to make you as comfortable as possible. Nightly turn down with fruit/chocolates and water. A lounge with coffee/tea and local papers and magazines. Sparkling wine at check in. very nice touches.
