The following questions have been answered for you by Aran Lodge Bantry...

What are your breakfast options?: We have a large choice for breakfast. There are 3 or 4 different juices, 4 cereals including porridge, fresh fruit, cheese and yogurt selection, tea, coffee, herbal tea and hot chocolate. We have brown/white bread, toast, homemade brown/white bread & scones. We also have a breakfast grill (not fried unless you want it) bacon, egg, sausages, black/white pudding, tomatoes, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled with salmon, boiled eggs, grilled fish such as mackerel or herring (fresh if available otherwise smoked). Generally breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:00 but we can be flexible.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a bus that actually stops at our gate (Eireann Bus). We are on the Cork Bantry, Glengarriff Kenmare, Killarney route & the Cork Castletownbere route. There is a rural transport service that takes in the villages which also stops at our gate and there is a good local taxi service. The fare from our B&B to Bantry is Euro6 and it takes about 6 to 10 minutes.
What can I do nearby?: We are situated in the tiny village of Ballylickey. We've got mountains out the back and the sea out the front. There is a bar & restaurant across the road if you want to take it easy and just stroll across for your dinner and a few drinks and not have to worry about driving back, but if you want to go further afield we are three & a half miles from Bantry and six from Glengarriff each of which have a good selection of bars & restaurants.
Do you have internet?: We have Wi-Fi all round the house and it is free of charge. We don't have an available PC for guests. We let some guests use our personal computer for emergency situations.
Do you provide parking?: We have our own private car park which can even take mid-size coaches.
