The Aramis had a great location, and the price was inexpensive for the convenience of being so central. It is very basic, but clean. Plus, the free internet access was a nice perk.

Great place to stay in within walking distance for everywhere. Guys running it were very helpful making phone calls on our behalf to book Uffizi etc. Only issue was we did not realise that our room was not en-suite, having to go across corridor to loo etc. However, it was absolutely spotless and only used by ourselves. Would stay again.

The AC in the room didnt work and it was really hot in Florence when we visited early September. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner actually provided us with directions etc

Very nice room in older building near the train station. The street numbering is very VERY confusing but we found it in the end! (seemed to have two different numbering systems on the same side of the street!) Our host was very helpful and friendly, it was a nice stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aramis. We had no difficulty finding it and the rooms were as we expected. Marco and Michele were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delivered every day at the time requested and was perfectly reasonable for the type of accommodation. While the WiFi didn't have sufficient signal strength in our room it worked worked very well in the public area and was free as well. In addition, Aramis is very well located 5 - 10 min. walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and is in easy walking distance of the rest of the center of Florence. You really can't ask for a better spot.

There was a huge scaffold in front of the building which made it very challenging to find. Once inside Michaela was very kind & friendly. We were 2 adults and 2 teens so the room was a little cramped. The aircon was almost completely ineffective and we boiled thru the night. Location was excellent and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Also we come from South Africa and not American Samoa? For us the congestion and amount of people in Florence was a shock to our systems as we are used to so much more space. All in all the experience was positive and we would recommend Aramis as a place to stay in Florence. Come try South Africa some time, you will be pleasantly suprised. Happy Holidays! As a caution if your are parking a hired car in the parking lot close by make sure you take note of the times they open and close. Our car was locked in and we had to wait for a few hours until they opened :)

Rooms are modern and very clean. Beds are new and comfortable. Our room faced the street and was noisey. Although there was an air conditioner it did not cool the room at all. We had our own bathroom across the hall that was modern and very clean. Would return is winter and would ask for a room facing the back.

We had very happy days in Aramis (Firenze). Everything was very clean and very quiet. Just say something about the breakfast, it was a little bit small, and the air acondiotioned was not very well.

The folks at Aramis were cordial and efficient. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom very nice. They were very accomodating to allow us to drop off our bag when we arrived around 9 AM (before it was time to occupy the room). There were just two things that were not quite right. One, the A/C was not powerful enough to cool the room and even though it was cool outside at night (but still warm in the room), the location on a major city street made it impossible to open the windows. The other was that there was a single step down from the entrance platform into the bathroom that we forgot about a few times and almost fell. Otherwise all was well and we felt safe and secure.

Mr Marco was so friendly and very welcoming. The B&B was a little difficult to find as the seemed to be two sets of street numbers on the street which was a bit confusing! The road outside was busy but so close to the train/bus station and only a couple of minutes walk into the heart of the town. If you're going in summer check out the party up at the Fort. Only 10 minutes walk from the flat. Overall had a great stay at Aramis. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a crash pad.

We were made very welcome and the rooms were very quiet and clean. It was a bit difficult to find, but this is due to the odd system of door numbering, and not the B&B itself. The breakfast provided was quite good, but could be improved by using fresh croissants instead of pre-packed ones!

Luigi was very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The bathroom was very modernized and very clean. Unless we misunderstood, we were under the impression that the breakfast was included in the price, although it was offered if it was requested. Locating Aramis was a challenge due to the numbering system of the buildings and the scaffolding which blocked the view of the entrance. We tend to walk a great deal, so nearly everything we wanted to see was close. We felt that we were in the best location, especially near the train and coach stations.

This was my first time stayed in Aramis with my wife. I do reckon this hotel to budget traveller as the price vs. comfortable is pretty reasonable. Washroom is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
