Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: 19.09.2008 - 08.10.2008 11.05.2009 - 15.05.2009 13.09.2009 - 07.10.2009 In case of late cancellation we will charge 100% of the entire stay. For all other dates: If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night.

| Excellent hotel - only complaint is bath towels were not up to the standard of everything else in the rooms 3 euro charge for use of a ice bucket was unnecessarily petty! Club lounge staff very friendly and helpful |

| Very modern rooms which did not match the lobby. In an area with road construction currently. Great if you like to ride the subway, city center is not close. |

| This hotel was decent by American hotel standards. It is clearly showing it's age. The staff was very friendly at least and it was close to u-bahn so getting downtown was easy. |
