i booked all my holidays through venere all was very good, but this hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been. it was dirty, dark and the fotos do not match with the rooms. my family and i had to move to another hotel at 2.00 am, it was so bad that we did not want to spend one night there. i advice you to visit it before accepted on the webpage.

I'm often staying at Hotels in this area of Paris but this one was the worst of all. Dirty, noisy and no friendly stuff. Toilet and drainpipe did not work well, articles like toiletpaper and shampoo have not been replaced. Also you have to pay first night in advance. I am very sorry but can not recommend this Hotel at all.

Visited with husband & teenage daughter. We know the area already - plenty of hotels of this general type. Small rooms, limited furniture and rather battered (but functioning) plumbing - no surprises, absolutely OK for what we wanted. Staff generally v friendly & helpful. In-house breakfast OK but dismal location: much more fun in a bar round the corner. Main problem was noise, from other residents - the guy in the next room was on the phone for 12 hours non-stop, while daughter had '3 elephants dancing in stilettos' above her. Some good eating places away from the square itself, and very good location for walking or metro round Paris.

Stay away! You cannot sleep after paying 75 euro??!!the manager did not want to help and keep me waiting. Why did you tell people you are just 5 meters from metro station not the truth which 200 meters?

The Hotel was in a very central location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Very close to a Metro station. The staff were very helpful and although the rooms are small they are clean. I would use this hotel again it is a typical french house our room had a balcony and the breakfast room was in a lovely vaulted basement. It was in a very good position you could reach all the main attractions and sights within a few metro stops never longer than 20 minutes and some sights you could walk to.

The location is very good: near to a big metro station and the district is quiet. Employees were very kind with us. But our room was quite dirty, very very small ( there was even no wardrobe ) and, unbelievable, towels were NEVER changed during our 6 days of stay and sometimes toilet paper wasn't enough.

I stayed in the hotel for one night with my boyfriend and another couple. We stayed in the suite which was perfect for our needs as it consists of two double beds, with a screen between the two rooms and a shared bathroom. The room was a bargain and we really liked the balcony to the street and the view of Sacre Coure in the distance. I would definately recommend the suite to a group of friends/two couples as it is more cost effective than a hostel. The standard of furnishings etc. were what you would expect from a budget hotel in France.

Jimmy was wonderful to us. He helped us in so many ways. Staff were polite and gracious. The hotel offered a city view with a wonderful scent of Paris. I would stay there again. Peter and Dorothy Elliott

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our first room was very dark, so we requested to be moved. We ended up in a room facing the street, which turned out to be a little noisy even with the windows closed. Both the rooms and bathrooms (designed in a 70's 'modern' style - it was separated by a sliding door and had a sunken shower) had hardly any space to move around in. For the price and location, the hotel was what one would expect. Request one of the rooms in the back of the building - they have real bathrooms.
