It was nice, quiet, restful. For the price, it was great..

The room was much prettier than the rest of the hotel. The cable was stupid. Almost every good channel said key management. I was happy with the room. It was pretty and clean. The elevators are really yucky, but the place is under construction so I guess I can understand.

The room we were staying in had BED BUGS!!!!!! It was terrible, i would never stay there again... I will NOT reccommend anyone staying there.... I know the hotel was renovating, and they still have to check everything to make sure!!!!!

This hotel is under remodeling. The lobby was out of use. There was no continental breakfast, no pool, no hair dryer in the room, no coffee maker in the room, and the rooms were not cleaned until late in the afternoon. Yet, for just being a room, this hotel is located well.

Room was nice. Hotel was under renovation, so it was loud and public spaces were dirty.

This place was horrible. It is undergoing some construction so maybe when that is done it may be different but for now it's not. When you first walk into the hotel the staff does not greet you. They seem more interested in their computer. When you finally get service and reach your room you just want to run right out. The AC is right above the door which is down a long hallway and you cannot feel it in the room. The room security was unsafe. I had to put a chair under the door so I felt like my daughter was safe. They have no amnities for anyone let alone children. I was suppose to stay for ten days here but I checked out after one night.

Room was decent. They advertised a big LCD TV, it turned out to be a computer monitor.

Close to town. No swimming pool.

Hotel is very old. Floor in bathroom bubbled and floor tiles were cracked & comming up. Really needed a new shower enclosure. Beds very uncomfortable. Carpets were worn out. Parking was a hassle because even though we had an assigned space someone was always in it & we would have to wait in parking lot for front desk to tell us where to park. We saw several roaches. There was no security. Front desk people were great, friendly & very helpful. It is in a great location except there is a bar downstairs and people were always standing in front and blocking the driveway to the parking in back while they smoked. Did not feel safe enough to let my teenagers walk down to Waikiki beach alone.

slept there but otherwise stayed away because there was nothing to do but hear construction foremen cussing about check lists

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel would provide a coffee maker on request, but no coffee for the room. This place attracts a young party crowd. The hotel is in a great location with a very friendly and helpful staff. However, you should only stay here for economic reasons as it draws a young party crowd and the walls are extremely thin.

first of all we had to wait 2 hour because the room wasnt ready. and when we got in the room it was UGLY the bathroom ceiling had bubbles like water was leaking, the closset doors where out of the tracks, so we couldnt open them good thing we had 2 beds so we put some cloths there. there was alot of noise they wont tell u but theres a bar next to this hotel so theres people standing outside. book some where else for your own good.

This hotel was terrible. Not only is it filthy on the outside, entry to the hotel, elevator and the room, it is over a bar were patrons get into loud fights at all hours of the night, people also do drugs in the stair well. It is right next to the international market but thats the only ok thing about this place unfortunately its not the best area. hotel is not good especially if you are traveling w kids.

Location. Room quality. This hotel is undergoing renovations. Older rooms, elevators, and hallways are extremely run down. If you dare stay here, ask for a renovated room.

Definitely run down. A""fixer upper""if it were a house. Walls/ceilings bubble w/ showers. Cockroaches in room. X at the desk was the best feature. He gave directions/suggestions of where to go, did late check out for us, and was very friendly. Poor maid service, room not cleaned several times, they came late! After a day at the beach return 3pmish to shower and they show up wanting to clean. If you don't mind a ""Motel 6"" hotel then this is for you. It served our purpose but a slightly nicer hotel would have been better. Especially for two women alone!

We stayed here for our first vacation in Hawaii. We wanted a room that was close to everything and affordable at the same time, which we definitely got. The is very very minimal parking (maybe about 20 spaces) available for a 24 hour period at a daily rental rate. The room was decent sized definitely a no-frills type of room. The AC worked perfectly and there was a tiny LG flat screen tv in the room, along with a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was REALLY comfortable especially after a long day of walking around town. The bathroom was ample size, although the shower could have had better water pressure. The hotel is currently under construction, so the lobby was closed and we seemed to have some issues with the elevators working properly (not sure if that had to do with construction) but the elevators are screaming for a remodel themselves. The construction caused a little bit of noise during the middle of the day but we were up before 8 every day so we hardly noticed unless we came back to the room mid-day. Its in a safe location, I never felt any sort of threat walking around from the hotel to Kuhio (the main street closeby) even by myself (mid-20s female). We were right behind the International Market Place, and there is an awesome breakfast option right across the street serving delicious traditional breakfasts at VERY good rates, and you are really close to all shopping areas (just in case YOU personally plan on shopping during your vacation) The location is perfect if you don't mind not staying in a 5 star classy hotel, I wouldn't call this hotel wonderful, but it definitely had its perks in terms location location location!

Workers are friendly. None. We just want to tell everyone in the hotel, thank you very much.

Stayed at Aqua Waikiki Tides for about a week and received great service. They are quite attentive w/ prompt response. The room were very clean and had lg flat lcd tv, microwave, and a small fridge. The hotel is located by the International Market place and it is couple blocks away from the world- famous Waikiki Beach. This hotel does not have a pool and is under construction. Beware of the weekend college party goers as they stay at this hotel for the weekend and create various havoc. If you are planning a trip with your family, i highly recommend truncating this hotel in your list.

It was close to beach, shops and dining. The rooms and the motel had a lot of work going on and the rooms were dirty. The price was a good price for a motel a block from the beach. Just wish the room in better shape and the motel was cleaner from all the remodeling.

This hotel has new rooms from a year ago. The staff and location is why we went back to the same hotel. Now it has new room's and is alot better than it was.
