These rooms are way over priced for the condition they are in, the carpet and tile are stained and worn out. the bathroom and kitchenette were infested with termites and cockroaches. The beds were hard and pillows flat, and upon check-in there were no towels in the room.

The trip to Hawaii was awesome-the hotel was decent not the best in the world but decent-I would stay there again

The, view, bed, window, elevator. Bathroom - service too early. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bathroom was a little small. But the view was awesome and it was very private. Unfortunately we spent an extra 50 dollars on parking which we feel if you stay at a hotel they should provide parking for their guest.

The lock on the door required a series of jiggles and turns to let the door open. Carpet was torn. Kitchenette and bathroom floors were sticky. Bathroom had hair, wood crumbs and small debri on it. The counters were dusty with what I hope was only water stains. The bottom sheet on the bed stopped 6 inches from the end and bunched up. A "houseman" walked in on me while I was napping and a maid knocked as she opened to door to clean my room while I was still in bed in the morning before 9:00am. Their are only 4 rooms per floor and all share a loud hallway that amplifies every noise. The front desk closed at 9:00pm which I found out after repeated calls to quiet the other 3 rooms which were all partying loudly. All staff were also loud in the hallways. The elevators sometimes chose the wrong floors and sometimes chose not to work at all. I was on the 31st floor and felt like I was in a run down motel.

There needs to be alot of updating done on this hotel. we were there for 6 nights and every day they had wet paint signs up downstairs, they would just apply varnish everyday, probably to make it look like they are updating i guess, lol. the location was great and that was about it. Our a.c barely worked and the tv was no good. there is 2 elevators and they are always being used by the staff and they are noisy also. 2 different times they cleaned our room and didn't leave any towels, and the supplies for the kitchenette were useless, like only 1 fork and 5 spoons. Also the front desk was closed a majority of the time so you had to contact the sister hotel i guess. But i guess you get what you pay for.

Location and the people were nice. Old, dirt, and full of insects. The place had roaches and elevator was scary. The location was good, the staff was friendly, but the bathroom and kitchen were full of roaches. Never ate at the hotel for that very reason. Parking was a nightmare there was an $18.00 a night charge to park on site and not enough free public parking on the streets. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend and would not consider staying there again.

for the price of $* per day and we're been stay at this hotel for 4 days; for the room is not the best compare to 5 star hotel But,the room it's clean, not any fancy, the front desk very friendly(thank you) the price is perfect for us and Don't forget when you come to vacations on the Island like, Hawaii everythings going to be expensive. Next time we will come back to stay at this Hotel again.

Our group of 8 flew over to see the Husky game & Hawaii. The room was smelly, small and very very poor quality. I won't go into that. The elevators kept breaking down, so we used the stairs alot not to get stuck in one, they offered us a complimentary breakfast next door to make up for the difficulty. Fruit and cereal. Main highway all around, very noisy. Lost a lot of sleep. Our view, oh yes! Neighboring apartments! Not pretty at all. Never expected anything like this. Luckily we hibernated at the OutBack, ABC store and a nicer hotel near by to keep our sanity. Won't go back to Waikiki or Aqua Marine Resort.

According to the Hotel the rooms accommodate up to 3 people. I don't know how you do that with ONE bed! We were able to get a very nice roll-away bed to accommodate our third person, however they charged an arm and a leg for it! If you advertise room for three, that should be included in the initial price! One elevator was down the whole time which was very inconvenient - had to use stairs a lot. First room they gave us I literally wouldn't keep my dog in - beyond nasty. We got them to put us in a remodeled room which was nicely decorated but very small and didn't have an ocean view which the first room did. Best part was the location, close to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Be ready for a big bill at checkout! We were only there 5 days and had to pay an extra $250 at checkout just for the roll-away and parking! Outrageous!!!

The location was close to the airport and accessible to a nice walking area. The kitchen was in disrepair, the security lock on the door was broken.

Our confirmation was for 2 beds. We arrived and were given a single bed, and other rooms were available. The front desk person was unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel is dirty, old, smells of old musty cigarettes, and the elevators barely work. We waited almost 30 minutes for a elevator to bring us to our room... service members use the same elevators to take out trash, housekeeping, etc. The towels were thin, small, and crusty. The plumbing sucked! I would never stay there again. We canceled our reservation- on the first day and found another place to stay. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED>

i HAD TO GO TO OAHU ON A FAMILY EMERGENCY, MY DAD WAS HAVING SURGERY-MY HUSBAND FOUND THIS PLACE ONLINE AND BOOKED IT FOR ME AND MY MOM. (HE WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY OF OUR RESERVATIONS FOR ANY FUTURE STAYS ANYWHERE)IT WAS JUST REALLY BAD. OUR WINDOW OPENED UP MAYBE 6 INCHES, A/C WINDOW UNIT WAS VERY LOUD, UNCOMFORTABLE BED (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN UP FOR 2 DAYS, IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP) BATHROOMS ARE SOOOO SMALL, (LUCKY WE ARE TOO)WE CHECKED OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY AND FOUND SOMETHING MORE ACCEPTABLE. AND LET ME STATE, I AM NOT A HOTEL SNOB. I LIKE COMFORT, AND A LITTLE STYLE.

Iloved the customer service and ambiance of the hotel. They didn't have towels when we checked in. We had to wait till they were done with the laundry. Ilove the uniqueness of the hotel, its location is convenient.I loved the Jacuzzi and pool area off to a quaintness.I will definitely stay there again!

Room was satisfactory. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Front desk people were not helpful and were rude when we checked in. Paid for 3 people but got 1 full size bed! Had to complain several times to get an extra bed. Then the front desk was going to charge extra for the bed! online travel agency was great and fixed everything!

We got this awesome deal on the hotel and flight and had to visit Hawaii. Dealing with the hotel started off with a problem as they didn't have my reservation listed under my name. They found it under a different name and we got our room. The room had 3 locks on the door and only one of them worked. There was no way to lock the door from the inside other than the automatic lock. The room was ok but the dresser was broken, so badly that there was a nail sticking out of it which cut my girlfriend. It was great to have a kitchenette but there was no dish soap and the service in the hotel didn't clean it. Additionally the elevator was exceptionally slow and many times it was full when it did stop. We enjoyed the on site pool and hot tub and didn't find it overly crowded and stays open relatively late. The hotel was well placed right at the beginning of Waikiki and as a bonus there is a car rental place right next store. There are a couple of places to eat right there and many buses stop very close.

Nothing. Room was dirty, carpets rip up, and bugs in shower. This hotel is old and I guess under remodel. The room was dirty. In 35 years I've never stayed any place this bad. Lucky for us we just needed a room for one night before moving to a resort.
