It´s my second time inthis hotel and as now I had a single room I found it not so good as the twin one but the service had the same quality.

The hotel rooms were a bit small for two single people and the bar was never never open! but really close to the train station and lots or restaurants and shopping nearby. reception staff very helpful with booking tourist activities.

Very nice hotel, very close to North and East stations for those wanting to use the RER or Metro. Lovely breakfast provided with very nice helful staff.

Nice hotel, ideally situated for the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The street itself is fine but the area in general is not the best. The walk from Gare de l'est especially is a bit rough.

I would recommend this hotel to everybody, whos looking for best service in Paris. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Brekfast was fantastic and coffee delicious. If I'll to go to Paris again I would definitly stay in same hotel. Thank you

The only downside of the stay here was the compactness of the room. The service provided and its location between the two major railway stations and were ideal.

the room was clean nice quite at all times reakfast was good and no fuss but the bar never seemed to be open so you could enjoy a quite drink when you come back.

A straightforward hotel with just what you need. More than happy to recommend it. The reception check-in was painless. Our room was clean, well decorated, had reasonable facilities (built-in mini-safe that could take a small laptop and some other things; flat-panel TV; kettle and drink provisions; an unusually large bathroom, well-lit and with a hair-dryer). Even though our room door was next to the lift / elevator, we were not troubled in any way by noise from the mechanism - in fact, we did not notice any such noise. The included cold buffet breakfast was more than sufficient and we noticed how nice the coffee was (and we tend to be fussy about our coffee).

No frills and quite a small room but very convenient for both Gare du Nord and Gare d'Est which suited our needs. Quite a walk to most of the main attractions.

The hotel is very close to the Gare du Nord in a fairly quiet side street. The room was very clean, although the bathroom was very basic. They were redecorating while I was there, and the carpet on the corridor had been ripped out, and odd strips glued down to replace what had been there. The staff were helpful and friendly.
