The Hotel Cosmos is located in the tourist area of Escales, just 100 m from the well-known thermal centre. The main boulevard, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is only around 200 m away from the hotel. The nearest public transport stop is also located in the hotel's vicinity. Andorra's ski area and the Ice Palace take around 15 minutes to reach by car, roughly 10 km away.

The Hotel Cosmos comprises a total of 79 apartments spread over 6 floors. Guests are welcomed in an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and lifts. There is also a stylish bar, a caf, a TV lounge and an la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use.

Guests may make use of the Internet access, laundry service and room service as well as the bicycle rental service, for an additional fee. There are car parking and garage facilities for those arriving by car.
