Newly opened in the summer of 2007, the complex has 12 apartments spread over 6 floors and offers guests the best of both worlds for the duration of their stay in Barcelona; on the one hand offering the services and the comfort of a hotel, while on the other providing guests with the amenities of a fully equipped apartment. The apartments, which are approximately 70 m2, are adequate for both short and long stays. Thanks to their central location and their excellent amenities, the apartments are guaranteed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. The apartments are available with either 3 or 4 rooms, and there is one apartment available that can sleep up to five persons. Lift access features as does a laundry service.
